Please does the second bleach go on the hair when it's still wet or we're to let the hair get dried first.

I love the color, but it can be achieved with less steps, for instance I buy a tube color called super lightening ash blonde I then mixed it 20 developer and I can achieve that brown color your after without actually coloring it brown after you’ve bleach it once. Just my two cents for you
