I worked there in IE for more than a year.. it was a good experience however the expenses is not propotional to the income i was getting base on the long working hours..no additional perks from the company considering it was night shift.. to top it off i was staying far away from the my residence. had to spent at least 13 hours a day for work including commuting to work and fro.. was not the right place for me.. hope you all the best for whoever are working there right now and hope you guys get a good raise after putting in so much effort 😑

BPO offers competitive salaries, professional growth and development etc. it has drawbacks as well such as security issues and hidden cost. But yes you can build a career out of this. Salary depends on work experience and departments you work with.

Depends on company to company. Most of the company have PF, medical insurance, free transport (minimal charge) even free food, and sponsor higher education. There are different types of BPO and salary also totally depends from company to company and relevant experience. If you are planning to join BPO in good company, your English should be tiptop (as we are handling Bristish and US customer) and be prepared with what is BPO, call centre, customer satisfaction, how to handle angry customer, de-escalation. This are basis things. Above these, prepared common topic like democracy, social media, memorable day, women empowerment and so.

Not really. There is drinking water available from RO. I prefer to drink the mineral water that’s why.

If m not mistaken your company would be providing free WATER💧. If yes please save your 20 Rs then you would save 4800 in year😊 (20x20= 400x12= 4800)
