Failure is a part of life. Look at me I attended BPOs interviews for more than 10 times in like Concentrix, Infosys, 24/7, First Source, HP etc. but never get into it because of bad English. Then I went back home and start up my own business and that too failed again. So that is why failure is a part of life for me. 😂

It’s not tough to crack BPO interviews. But few tips to prepare. 1. Good communication skills 2. Your Confidence when you face interview 3. Why do you want to work in call centre? 4. Why should the company hire you? Share your strengths

Even me i was not able to come through in second round they told me it's international process so i need more communication skill n told me to come after 20 days it's IE right??
