It depends on the parents/family. If you speak normally to the child in a simple words, they'll learn how to speak their mind properly. Just dont baby talk your kid(s). It degrades their ability. Dont forget to teach them social value too. Then you'll get well behave child(ren).

I can really relate to Nahyeon. They teach kids that smoking is deadly, but little kids don't understand it wears on the body so they make it seem like you could die any minute as a deterrent. My dad smoked, and because of what they said I would have almost panic attacks when he lit up because I thought he could just drop dead. I knew my nagging was annoying, I annoyed myself, lol. But I was so worried. My dad quit completely when I was probably around 12. Later he admitted my nagging played a big part, and that he quit because of me. He didn't like that he was worrying and stressing me out so much. Hopefully, her dad finally quits too.

I'm glad your dad finally quit. However, that doesn't mean he's out of danger. My mom's boyfriend had quit smoking several decades before he met her, but only then developed lung cancer that spread to his brain and killed him. We only had a few years with him (he was 63). Please take care of your father continuously from now on.

Asians go hard when it comes to education. I'm Indian and I remember crying before exams in 2nd grade because I didn't feel prepared enough, and waiting for the ranking lists to make sure I was on top. It makes us hardworking but I feel like we get burnout much earlier as a result. When I got to 11th grade I was so burned out from the years leading up to the 10th grade board examinations that I found it almost impossible to work hard for the next two years.

Apart from the smoking, the dad seems really cool - he's loving towards his daughters, he speaks calmly and has a good sense of humour. The mum and older sister also seem really calm and caring too. It makes me smile that this little girl loves her dad soo much that she is determined to make sure he is around in the long run. I truly hope he quits and finds a way to relieve stress in a healthy way. Good luck!

Honestly that's so smart! Tbh idk why I didn't think of that bc I related so much to the girl bc I used to throw them away or just hide them until I can dispose of them. I also used to do that thing where I say something about the smoker in public out load so they can hear. Idk man the more I watched the video the more I was getting stressed bc I related so much to the girl.

I kinda like this show ...not because they provide solutions to the problem but publicly shame them in front of the whole nation...the show gets away without causing major issues by involving lots of humour involving victim or the people involved in the issue itself.... humour here sometimes give a feeling of desensitizing the issue but it is important to keep the viewer and the audience hooked after all it's an variety show .. this my opinion on the concept of the show ..lots of love from India ❤🇮🇳🇮🇳

My mom smoked since she was 11 and now she’s 55. As a kid, I begged, cried, pleaded and prayed that she quit smoking. As of January of this year, she has not smoked a cigarette. Only because it put her in the hospital and she has COPD. But I’m glad that she has stopped and I pray that Nahyeon’s dad stops as well.

I'd say drinking is the same in America., cigarettes used to be the thing in the US like a decade or two ago but it's very publically scorned now., now instead, drugs are being commonly accepted. While in Korea, drugs are still not accepted but cigarettes are Weird how different people are based on the society outlook at the time

My grandmother just left us a week ago because of lung cancer.. She was an amazing woman but also very stubborn. She knew how bad smoking was for her but kept saying “well, then I’ll just die a few years earlier, I’m not going to stop now, I’ve already done it for so long it doesn’t matter”. She never knew what she said would become reality. She is only 72. Everyone tells you about cancer, your school, the news etc etc. But it never hit me how horrible it really is until came as close as it did. Lung cancer can spread out to your brain and other parts of the body as it did with my grandma. Please make everyone you love aware of this. Because just 5 weeks ago my grandma was sitting in front of the tv on a normal Thursday evening when suddenly her brain didn’t function enough to speak to my grandpa. She not with us anymore now... You don’t want to lose someone too do you? I wish the worldwide issue of smoking would be taken more seriously. I love my grandmother so so much. She didn’t have to die..
