Hi Everyone! Steve and I had soooo much fun together. This fall I think I want to do a show with Aoki including a Blueprint caking - which would require me breaking my perfect sleep score - but it would be worth it! Also: 1/ all recipes, supplements, and the Blueprint protocol is available for free on my website. My third meal of the day differs each day, rotating between 15 recipes, which you can also find on my website. Link is in video description. 2/ my face is a bit swollen in this video. I had an autologous fat transfer (fat injected into my skin) three days before filming and the swelling is still present. It’s Project Baby Face, trying to revolumize my facial fat.

I see researchers have found that those with ongoing chronic Lyme who have no sign of the bacterium, may have actually developed ME/CFS. As that disease can develop after powerful immune hits. One way to know if its ME/CFS is if you suffer from a sudden worsening of symptoms after a delay of 12 to72 hours ( normally around 24 to 48 hours) after you exerted (like even mild exercise, or gardening or for some people a few light chores). Its called Post Exertional Malaise. Some people feel weak immediately afterward too, but the main tell tale sign is the delay of no change then that awful flu like sickness hits.

He constantly acknowledges that this is just the best way he’s found to be the healthiest version of himself, but it isn’t the only way, and he freely gives the science (which required a lot of money going into) that can be used as a launching point for others to integrate. I love his mindset!❤❤❤❤❤❤Health is Wealth! My Father told me as a little girl, "You can buy anything in this World, but you cant buy your Health." My Father bought me a gym pass and started reading outloud in home a book called "Fit for Life." He was always in the kitchen chopping veggies, and sharing with our family the benefits of the food he was preparing. ❤ I today am a Nurse, and I have seen people heal themselves by changing the way they eat and include exercise. Also, the peace within matters as well. I personally pray and zen into deep breaths to reset. Its important to be aware of how we as individuals use our energy. ❤ Environment matters as well.

Personally im very different from Brian, i do long fasts for 3 days sometimes. And i eat a lot of red meat, because that is the only way i have found keep my Auto immune disease in control, most vegetables will cause my joints to ache, my ass to bleed, headache, flem and cough etc. Many of the vegetables in blueprint are ok, but some like the lentils, tomatoes and others causes me to feel very unwell. Being “relatable” is not a positive to me, I want to learn from people who are currently better than me. I would prefer that they were better than me In every way and have left any relatable to my live situation a long thing ago otherwise why would I bother taking advice from them? People should aspire to people who are better than them instead of pressuring any famous person to come back down to your level.

I just want to say thanks for doing what you do unapologetically, because my constant dependence on specific foods and supplements puts people off, or makes people question my sanity. Watching you do what you do is more validating than you can imagine. You inspire me to do right by myself, and not to care what anyone else thinks. Thanks man.
