As a leafs fan of 30 years all of them need the tears washed out first if you got them used.

I love the Leafs rivers retro 2.0 . I think they should take their current logo and put it on the reverse retro 2.0 and make it their new home jersey

I have that dark blue Arenas jersey and I love it actually, I can see why people would think it’s odd but I dunno I think it’s cool I went to the next gen game last year and they were wearing the reverse, they turned it inside out with the smiley face on the front for the 3 stars, it’s a fun jersey they wear for the kids at the next gen game, I really like that one too

Fun fact, the Heritage classic jersey has “Arenas” in the same navy blue as the jersey cause they wanted to use just the “T” logo but they couldn’t due to copyright issues or something hence why they put the “Arenas” there. They did it so it can blend in and still give the effect of having just the “T”

That 2014 Winter classic jersey is my favorite too. And I understand a lot of people hate them, but I really liked the reverse retro 1.0. And that dark blue arena’s jersey from the most recent heritage classic. I don’t know why I just love it.

That winter classic along with detroits from the same year are just great.

One small thing that people likely will never notice or care about are the 4 little logos on the Marlie's crown. Those are the Thistle, Shamrock, Rose and Maple Leaf and all (save the maple leaf) are tied to British Canada . The thistle represents Scotland, the rose for England, the shamrock for Ireland

I really like that front side of the reversible one. The RR(not gray) one is really sharp too.

Great selection of Leafs jerseys. I will admit to being a fan of the Ballard era jerseys, because they were wearing them when I started watching hockey in the 70's.

The blue letters on the blue jersey is a nod to Harold Ballard's antics with the nametags in the 70s. The league forced him to have the players' names on the back of the away (blue) jerseys, but never specified they needed to be of a contrasting color. So he put blue on blue and pissed the league off ahah

I'm honestly a big fan of the Bieber jersey, but you're right in that I've almost never seen people wear it inside out. One detail that I think many miss is that the blue sleeves depict a silhouette of the Toronto skyline. I wish it were more pronounced as it's one of my favourite details on the jersey, but really hard to see, especially on a camera. Regardless, I love the black, and the dark blue/black combination in the logo looks phenomenal in my eyes. Will be wearing mine for many years to come.

My first jersey was the 2014 winter classic, then i got the st pats, the dark blue areTna, the Bieber black one, 2022 RR and most recent was an away Matthews that was on sale for like $70.

Monochromatic unis(Leafs, Wings, Celtics, formerly the NFL Jets and especially the Yankees) are very satisfying to me.

That TBTC jersey is so awesome. They are as scarce as hen's teeth to find these days. Most are fetching close to a thousand bucks!! I think people are wrong when they give hate to that heritage classic jersey. That crisp white T with that white stripe at the bottom is so damn clean. The ARENAS text being rhe same as the jersey gives it an almost ghosting effect. You don't see it from afar, but then you get a surprise when you're up close. You are however bang on with the love for the RR 2.0. It is an absolutely gorgeous jersey. I waited a long time before pulling the trigger and buying one. It worked out for me though, because I got it from sportchek for half price!

If the Leafs did a home/away of either of the Stadium Series or Centennial Classic jerseys as their primaries, they'd have the perfect Maple Leafs jersey. Also I must be in the minority to say I love the current alternate jersey and wish they'd keep it as is when they move to Fanatics or at least modify the logo to be just the plain blue logo.

The whole reason the dark blue AreTna jersey is like that is because they only have the rights for the AreTna logo but they wanted to just have the big T logo so they did it in a way to mostly only see the big T

I think the darker arenas was a nod to the Blueshirts, but since the NHL doesn't recognize the original Toronto NHA team they were forced to put the arenas name behind the T

Nice Not Canada’s team jersey collection. I love the Growlers and St-Pats jerseys, everything else feels like more of the same. I get that red is Canada’s National team color and Toronto probably didn’t want any confusion between the two, but Toronto could experiment with brown, red, orange, yellow for summer/autumn merch, they are the natural end colors of maple leafs after all. I can tell that a Brown Maple Leafs jersey would be a hit across the league.

Leafs are the 1st team to wear blue, blue is one of the best colours. Maybe a dark olive green Jersey with black, white, or grey shoulder yokes, or neon green with forest green shoulder yoke as a 3rd - but I think the blue never goes away. Teams usually get it right the 1st time around. How many teams have changed their logo or jersey design to go back to it again? Most of them have or might - Ana is trying to go back to their originals, as did Arizona, Buffalo, Edmonton (tried the gear), LA Kings (I prefer both the shield deaigns over the crown & especially the chevron), Ottawa (back to their 2D centurion), Dallas, & Washington. Carolina, Vancouver, Rangers, Florida, Columbus, & Winnipeg (although the Jets might go back to their originals as per rumours) are only a few that have gone & stayed almost completely away from their original logo/design Bos, Col, Cgy (although the Blasty should be either their home or away), Chi, Det, VGk, Mtl, Min, Nas, NJ, NY Isles, Pit, Phi, Sea, StL, SJ, Tam, & even Tor (slight modification to the Leaf) have more or less kept their same jerseys designs & logo from inception

The reasoning for the dark letters on the arenas jersey was because due to copyright they weren't allowed to get rid of it, leafs wanted just the T because of the university of Toronto so they made the T white and arenas blue out of pettiness

first and foremost, imo, the current logo is the best they've ever had. the growlers jerseys are so good. i love when the leafs took the solar bears under their wing too. the 70s/80s jerseys can burn in hell (same with that first reverse retro). so can the bieber one. bringing black into the fold officially is a lazy move, considering our history. love the quinn era jerseys for striping, but my god, changing the shoulder patch to TML was such a cooperate move. the new St Pats jerseys are so good. the green and white really pop, i hope they keep them forever. i am a fan of the new Arenas jersey, that dark Argos navy is so good with the bold white T. yeah, maybe change the wording to a lighter shade of blue.

I’m a New York area Leafs fan that gets abuse like you wouldn’t believe. Maple Laughs, Chokers, etc. well I love Canada I love the city of Toronto and I love hockey, so why shouldn’t I root for the Leafs? Are you a Toronto area guy? Absolutely lovely uniforms. I love the white St. Pats jersey... don't love the numbers on the back of the white St. Pats jersey. That is the weirdest thing I've seen on a jersey with big white boxes around behind the numbers with big X stitching over both numbers --- all over the green horizontal stripes of the jersey itself. That 67 jersey annoys me because only the "n" in Toronto is lower case, every other letter is capitalized and I have yet to find a reason why. Love the striping on it though. Also, would love to see the 70s-80s jersey with the current logo.

I am probably in rhe minority, but i prefer the Ballard era style logo. I underatand why they moved away from it, but at the same time its clean, and some great players had suceess with it.

I have a guess that the switch to the cleaner Leaf in '67 had a lot to do with the Centennial logo that was everywhere at the time. That and a change in graphic design where less complicated things were seen as modern. Hip and with it, you cats. Don't be a square, man. Sometimes that less complicated logo idea works great. The "CN" logo is a great example of that, and may in fact have started the trend if not internationally at least in Canada. I've always preferred older graphic design, for the most part. The AreTnas jerseys were just awful from a graphic design aspect, so that's an exception. But I love the St. Pats. As awful as the AreTnas logo is, I'm not sure Vancouver fans are in much of a position to cast any aspersions that way. ;)

I’m sick of people ripping Phaneuf. He was a 3rd or 4th pairing defenseman being forced to be their number 1 defenseman. Then they thrust him more in the spotlight by naming him captain. Leafs have a history of vaulting players into roles they aren’t suited for.
