Love the new set up mate. You have done a great job modifying it yourself. Also loved the humour clips you put in. The Homer Simpson one had me giggling. Also really like the concept of the Engel Dometic Evacool fridge. 😏👍🍺

I watched your original Vid with the upright fridge. As much as I loved the concept of the upright fridge I couldn’t see myself owning one (have a wagon also). Love the new set up and still love the rear drawer’s

It takes a lot of space mate I loved the setup just need more rear space moving forward I would still recommend the old setup to anyone doing a lap etc

@@4x4CampingandAdventures Yeah unfortunately it did take up a lot of real estate. I have taken a lot of inspiration from your drawer set up and now with the drawer fridge you have added a new dimension

I bet they pump them out of the same factory as many other fridges anyway. Keen to hear how it goes long term.

I reckon it's the smart move. I really want an upright but I honestly think it's too much for my needs. I've been leaning towards a modular set up, removable fridge and drawers in the boot because by 4b is my daily. I might replace my centre console with the bushman roadie so that I can keep a days worth of food cold while out and about without needing to load the 40L into the car. Also means I can have a 15L freezer while camping if I wanted to or make it a dedicated drinks fridge No set up is perfect, there's always a compromise of some sort

Well done doing the mods yourself, looks like you did a neat job… my ocd is kicking in on the level of the fridge top with the draw though. Keen to see what tent you get …

Hi mate I never had an issue as the fridge vented from the rear and we installed a grill there for the air to escape.

Commendable carpentry mate. Looks professional to me. I've got a Kings fridge too. No problem and it's quiet you could sleep next to it. Can't wait to see yor sleeping setup. Any updates to the steering or put that one to sleep?
