It felt satisfying when Yuji and Misaki's logic they used against Nagisa to blackmail her got turned against them by Keiichi and Nagisa 😂 serve them right they deserved it 😠 and it's also sweet that Keiichi and Nagisa started dating too. 🥰

Honestly, I was disappointed by Nagisa as CEO, a year to realize that all the designs were plagiarized Yuji and the worst thing with what Misaki said, it is likely that those two had already been manufacturing designs stolen from other companies for a long time when they knew how many designs were plagiarized by them. throughout the time they were in the company, in fact if this story did not have Nagisa as CEO, I would not be surprised if a company like this sooner or later is affected by multiple lawsuits for plagiarism without mentioning the image issue that would be affected which would damage the company's reputation, losing multiple clients and business alliances.

Yuji Tanaka got lucky since Keiichi decide to sue him for copyright infringement as if Keiichi decide to press charges Yuji Tanaka would be behind bars for ten years.

Amazing story! Serves Yuji and Misaki right! They deserve some karma, punishment and defeat! It's nice that Keichi's PC has a camera to catch Yuji and Misaki doing something evil. Like copying Keichi's designs. They really want to cheat. In conclusion, I wish Keichi and Nagisa good luck as the next couple!😊🖤🤎💖

Fate of Yuji Tanaka and Misaki Endo: after their respective relatives found out they're struggling to pay off the huge debts each one gets due of the innumerous lawsuits involving damages and alimony, Both Misaki and Yuji were told by their parents to never show their faces in front of them again They got kicked out of their parent's house and can't even rely on them They split up and each other carrying their own debts to the neck are living in a shabby apartment isolated and barely making ends meet for living. They brought it upon themselves You rep what you sow serves then very right 👌👏🔥☠️

The last time we had a boss cancelling reservations was from 3 months back called "without knowing it's the CEO's daughter's bar, my boss cancels all reservations...". 3 weeks ago, we had this art style and character design from this clip called "the lady who's always complaining at the bar is our client's troublesome employee". 6 days ago, we had this similar story called "my boss set me up & now I'm stuck working in a department with a rude manager!" is plagiarism becoming a trend for stories now?

Plagiarism is never legal but at the same time, most stories can be similar to anyone else's at any given time. Like that one group member who never does the work in a group project.

Afterstory: Like the video said, because the company discovered their rougery. The CEO found out they were copy the design and take the credits, he got furious and he fired them.Yuiji ended up with debt. His wife divorced him,his kids cut ties with him. So now he works for cleaning the toilets, and everyone mocking him, saying that he was so pathetic to trust a woman who is a copycat. As for Misaki, she was being transferred to another company. However, everyone knows what she did at the previous company. So she is being isolated, and in the mixer, every men turn her down. Even the kids named her, " a copycat who copy the design." Extra: When Yuiji and Misaki met each other, both of them kept blaming themselves and they were shut themselves. What about Keichi and Nagisa ? Both of them getting married and continued design for shoes after transferred. A few years later, Keichi received invitation from university reunion. He decided to go and he invited Nagisa to come. There, his classmates were congrats Keichi, and Nagisa became friends with his female classmates. Then Akane noticed the shoes, she appreciated for Keichi and Nagisa for design them which made her feet feel comfortable. Karin even said that thanks to them, she and her husband Tokusa, including her parents and her parents in laws no longer felt painful than before. This made Keichi blushed, but he humbly said that if it wasn't for Nagisa, he can't design well. Hearing this, everyone applause.

I don't know about Japan, but in the United States if you work for a company and use its resources to design something, the designs belong to the company. You can't just take That project with you to form another company without approval. Normally it would involve the licensing agreement. Japanese companies don't seem any less concerned about these things that American companies. In fact they take paperwork a lot more seriously And there are strict intellectual property laws in Japan.

Not sure this plays out IRL as most intellectual property developed under an employer is theirs no matter what employee designs it. The copyright is the company property. One has to be independent of said company and payroll to declare design ownership. The other part, dirty employees, I just can’t get behind Japanese law that keeps bad actors in your company when they should be fired. So stupid!

Wait a sec ... Keiichi designed the shoes at question on his old company's time, and on his old company's computer. He was not an independent subcontractor. That means that the designs belong to the company, not to Keiichi individually. While the theft of *credit* (from a co-worker, not a competitor) is a serious ethical violation, no copyright was broken. If Keiichi was designing the new shoes for his *new* company, then they should have been designed either on Keiichi's personal computer or on a computer provided by that new employer, and on the new company's time (meaning either at the new employer's facility or at some other location which *isn't* his former employer's.) Of course there were the *other* cases involving designs from other companies - and those are certainly actionable - up to and including hefty fines and loss of employment.
