As another young guy suffering from immense burnout, I can hardly imagine the weight involved in mourning your friends who died in war being added to it. Do what you gotta do man, it’s so important to put your own mask on first. When my first friends died in the mountains, doing what I do now, I absolutely had to reevaluate what I spent my time doing, and sort out what I meant to myself without immense risk and physical trials to hide behind. You have a lot to be proud of, and getting your personal shit together is an admirable personal cause. We’ll be here for you, not just the GoPro footage. Enjoy Vietnam, let the hatred of Kissinger build within you lol.

Come treeplanting in Canada this Spring. A lot of vets here say it's a good alternative. You can make 20k easy or more depending on how hard you are willing to work in 2-3 months. With your experience living in the bush and as a former Marine you can absolutely get into a decent company. Insane camaraderie. A good way to make friends in a less dangerous situation, just beware of mama bears and moose in a rut.

Hey man…. GWOT vet here 03 to 09. You’re transitioning between two drastically different worlds. One where people are switched on and one where people are just being autonomous doing whatever it is normal people do. You’re on to one thing. Just doing whatever it is you want to do is a good thing. Don’t feel pressured to conform. You grew up in a different world. It’s ok to be different. Having the roller coaster ride of emotions during and after deployments is not fun but it’s a norm combat vets are familiar with. If you don’t listen already check out the Shawn Ryan podcast. He always touches on transition periods and how differently we get through them. Best of luck in ‘24

There are a great many of us who admire and respect you, for who you are and the experiences you have chosen in life. Few people can say they have done as much to defend the rights of the vulnerable. Every troop you trained and the gear you donated in Ukraine has kept civilians further from harm. And that is just the most recent of a list of contributions. This year will find you well prepared to explore life and maybe another adventure!

Bro, you are a good man. And it sounds like you have a very good philosophical attitude and a well-formed mind. Kudos to you for bouncing back - and may you continue to do so from every hurdle in life! Watching this I was thinking, man if you need to step back from KZread, even completely so, if that’s what you need to do to live your life right, don’t be afraid to do it. I think we’ll all understand. Though we will miss your content, I think all the people here want the best for you, just like we all want the best for Ukraine, the Kurds, and justice in the world. Like, don’t let us hold you back if that’s what you feel you need to do. With that said, I’m also sure that if you’re down to change things up and reinvent what you’re doing on your channel, we’re a pretty flexible audience. KZread is pretty good for that! I look forward to where you take it from here! You’re a pretty chill guy, and I’m sure we’ll love whatever content you make because of your style! 😅❤🤙 Peace bro!!!

The war and fighting has to be done even in unexpected conditions f.ex. in trenches and under artillery fire from the opponent side; even under the drone air superority of the opponent side. You can teach best practices under those circumstances. We live safer with your training. Very much thansks.
