Oh wow thank you so much for this video!! I am the same way, I consume so much journaling and studying and notetaking videos, it's my favorite thing and also makes up a majority of the videos I watch. I unfortunately have been stuck in a bit of a rut/lack of executive function/perpetually watching vids and trying to find out what way I want to just go all in but honestly I'm into more of the notetaking type thing, something exactly like heart dive. But I get frustrated with myself for overthinking or under thinking and I have yet to really do anything in my Bible because I've been stuck on how I want to even approach it most days.

SAME!! ❤❤ I've been doing more notes on stationary/artsy paper so I don't get overly worried about "it's not... Quite... Pretty...." 😅😅 Which is funny, because I'm artistic and know how to draw and do pretty calligraphy OUTSIDE of my Bible studying 😂😂 I just study now, and let the paper choice be the "art" aspect, if that makes sense....?

I use A LOT of sticky notes for this reason! Some times I'm worried the note is "wrong" or i'll mess up. Sticky notes are kind of a practice note before I add it permanently. I write it and leave it for a few weeks or months and if I go back to that passage and still find my note "useful" i'll add it in for real.

@DisplacedUnderDog I completely understand this! Making it "pretty" can really be the thing that hinders! Now that I do less art and just add my notes in my highlighter color is the pretty part lol I still do art every once in a while but the build up to actually doing that is overwhelming

@@MagnifiedFaith oooh!! That's a good one!! I like that for sticky notes! And if they don't still stand... You can always add them to a journal to see where you were at and how far you have come.... Nifty!

Haha we are similar in that I enjoy watching bible kornaling content but I don't do any of the fancy stuff (I'm not that creative). I use the same highlighter for everything and write whatever comes to mind on the side lol

Yes, the clear pages are great! Especially if you don't want to write directly in your bible!
