In the first episode with the back garden you have to clean, Calvin sends a text message about his first girlfriend living at that house. 12:54 on that episode. +Markiplier The “S” shape that you said you didn’t know what it meant… it’s a representation of a Mobius Strip (a line that essentially looks like it goes on forever but not one coherent line). Sort of along the lines of an infinity symbol but not as well of a flow as you have to go over lines more than once.

It’s honestly so nice and refreshing to see him enjoy these episodes so thoroughly. It can be hard to remember that just because someone’s playing a video game, that doesn’t mean they’re enjoying it. Let’s Plays take a lot of energy and a special multitasking ability that can take you out of the game and the enjoyment you’d otherwise get from it, so seeing a Let’s Play-er get so into a game is great. You do you, Markiplier. You - do - you.

i really like when mark gets poetic. he's got a lot of philosophical things to say that make you think. i think i just like having deep conversations like that.

When I was in high school, my group of friends hung out at a set of concrete slab tables to the side of the library. They were painted light grey, so teenagers would come by and write little notes and doodles in sharpie. One day, admin had come by and painted over the tables with black paint, and it was a real bummer. Mark's positive speech on graffiti makes me happy (I like looking at it)

Can I just say that this series and specifically this video sums up so well everything I love about this beautiful man with a voice smooth and rich as honey? THIS is why I am subscribed, just seeing Mark play games and enjoy them is all well and good and is why a lot of people enjoy lets players sure, but its more then that. I love that Mark RESPECTS the games he plays (nearly all the time), how he actually gives a damn about what they have to say and is able to appreciate the worlds that exist within them, he doesn't just obnoxiously try to spam buttons to get through a cut scene or to get through the little UI before a level starts cause he will "get bored if he doesn't experience immediate action" or "has no patience" or in any other way does he ever tend to basically flip off the developers by pushing a part of it that they worked so hard on aside. He doesn't actively seek out exploits to reduce the hard work to easy pickings and make everything seem like a waste of time, he doesn't complain about every little thing, none of that. Not to mention I always love to hear Mark wax philosophically, its so refreshing to hear people discuss the potential deep implications for things and its nice to feel like I'm not alone or crazy for doing the same thing, its enjoyable to hear someone try to delve into something where their may or may not be that actual level of depth, because he treats his audience like they can understand what he is talking about and he is always so introspective and brings out such fascinating ideas whenever he decides to go deeper on a subject. For example I never even considered his mentions of art with negative space (not since art class) and I especially never considered the reason we may feel so...opposed to whenever nature reclaims something of ours that we built. And I agree that cleaning in of itself as it is a craft is capable of being an art of its own as well, and I find it very interesting to consider how your forced to go over the same lines the original grafitti artists go over, its like Mark said, you really are an artist using negative space, your literally retracing their work to remove it from existence. As if sending it to another world, a true reversal of the original artist's creative intent and passion and that truly is a beautiful sight and concept to me. And I'd like to think I am not the only one~

honestly the only reason i don't see it get that far is because (sadly) i don't think the game is that long. it has the 2 areas and 1 more big area and i think 2-3 vehicles more(which admitedly the last 2 are closer to the areas than the other vehicles in scope) maybe if he dedicate a single video to each? but i think max 8 parts.

I have too! Started watching this series a week or two ago, and I’m hooked. I’ve entered the hole as Mark did, and not sure if I wanna get out of it or stay. It feels like you should because you’re not use to feeling this way before. But, it’s nicer to be calm for a change, so you kinda wanna stay as well. I mentioned this to someone else. All I can say is Mark’s philosophical knowledge is being absorbed into my brain. 🧠 And it’s kinda weird, but mostly cool! 🙂

I've discovered watching/listening to this series while I clean my apartment, which I procrastinate on and it's difficult for me to do but listening to this makes it a lot easier. I'm really glad this is a thing.

Who is watching this before bed? Watching Mark power wash is so satisfying to watch.

I don't know why but this series will knock me out faster than any ASMR video. And that's a good thing. I watch when I'm having insomnia nights and it helps me knock out.
