This is the second video of my recent back training, mainly because I'm beginning to document the transition from a normal "bro split" into HIT training.
I've been consuming Mike Mentzer information a lot recently and it's really starting to make sense. My normal heavy routines are making me extremely tired, falling asleep at my desk is a legit problem, so I had to look for some answers as I already have a Cpap.
I've clearly been overtraining, because reducing my volume has had almost immediate positive effects. I haven't reduced it a much as Mike Mentzer suggested, but I have scaled right back and the progress has been excellent, PB's are getting hit each week now, and I'm really enjoying it.

    Yea tbf it’s quality mate, nice new Panatta. I don’t usually like pullover machines but that one is wicked.
