I'll say this once. You are used to the mirror. If you look normal in the mirror, than that is how people see you as well. You cannot see your asymmetries in the mirror and in the same way other people don't see your either. If you don't want to look stupid in selfies though, just hold you phone like a foot further with a selfie stick or smth.

ever since i notice my face is asymmetrical i try to stop taking selfies i get so self conscious when people take my pics because it's too noticeable using the back camera. i try too smile less

I have the EXACT same problem and it drives me absolutely crazy. I worry and obsesses about it all the time. I look in the mirror and try to figure out ways to fix it even when I know that I can’t. I don’t know why I let it bother me so much, but I do. You have one thing going for you that I don’t though. YOU are beautiful. So I wouldn’t worry too much if I were you. You look perfect just the way you are. 🥰

I feel like no one's face symmetrical, using this filter was one one the biggest mistakes ever(I looked like a potato 😂) I almost broke down into tears lol and then on top of that we were told that this is how ppl see you in real life which is not true!!! Edit: according to google only 2% of the world's population has true facial symmetry. Facial symmetry is desired, but a completely symmetric face is not seen as normal and has the opposite effect on people.

Bad habits can be the cause of this. Look up facial exercises to do and stretches. And try to sleep on your back more often. And stop doing things that negatively effect posture. Also if you chew on one side stop doing that right away and chew with both. I promise with time it'll help. Your "lopsided" side can be fixed. It's just underdeveloped from chewing on one side and sleeping on a certain side. Or bad posture. Doing exercises can help tone it and get it to be more symmetrical. And btw look up perfectly symmetrical faces. It's creepy. Asymmetry is far more pretty than symmetrical.

Alot of this is changeable without having to use surgery. Alot of times jaw asymmetry or overdeveloped sides are caused by only using on side of your mouth throughout the day like only chewing with one side of your mouth or so. Also incorrect younger posture can cause this as well. And you can even change the shape of your nose as well by doing facial exercises. I thought it was complete B.s untill I tried it and it completely changed my facial features

Ask a huge square faced like me how it feels like to have asymmetrical face. Yours still looks cute and normal, my face doesn’t even have proper proportions to put my makeup. Its just super flat and sqaure while the other side looks droppy and popped out as if i have something in my mouth.

Just from observation, you don't have lopsided face but a slight twisted neck, see a chiropractor or do some neck alignment exercises and you'll be good.

It's crazy how we personally tend to realize these "flaws" the easiest in ourselves. I saw the difference after a while but at first you just looked really pretty and normal to me. We're our own worst critics. I LOVE your nose!! The shape at the front is absolutely adorable, your eyebrows are even (mine aren't) and you have the prettiest soft eyes and lips. I have the exact same issue with my asymmetric cheeks and jaw shape but after a while acceptance and refusing to look in the mirror so long that i start to nit pick has definitely quieted that inner critic

I have the Same problem and noticed it just a couple of years back. I think about it often and feel insecure when for example taking pictures. My biggest comfort is that others don’t actually see it or care about it. When I have asked people about it they say that they never even thought about it. The moral of the story is that you spend to much time obsessing over ourselves. I mean when was the last time you looked at a stranger and thought that he or she was asymmetrical?

You look good, to be honest! Im also asymmetrical myself. At the end of the day, we all may have insecurities because many priorities looks when meeting and talking to someone. Later on I just didn't really care for my insecurities anymore and just value and cherished the way I Look because I'm me! By the way i'm more interested attarcted to a persons persona rather than looks so yeah.

In mirror my face looks like It is made by the hands of the gods but the inverted files says something else

Found a solution that worked for me: 1. Sleep on your back. Side sleeping can flatten one side of your face. 2. Chew gum 3+ times a day on the flatter side. This will develop the jaw and symmetry. 3. Chew evenly on both sides when eating meals.

It's not bad at all. I have the same issue but it's from my actual jaw, rather than the muscle. Plus I can feel some lopsidedness of my entire jaw and the way it opens, as well as a very deviated septum and nose. Compared to me, you're quite symmetrical and pretty (although I'm a guy)

As someone whose face was at some point way more asymmetrical than this, it is something you can change if you really want to. Your beautiful either way and I think we need more unique faces anyway but I hate when people say stuff like "the reality is it'll always be this way" without figuring out how to "fix" it, but again it's not something that needs to be fixed
