I had rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and feet, extremely painful. I was taking methotrexate shots every week, that caused liver problems. Did some research and found out that sugar caused inflammation and is very addictive. I stopped eating sugar and stopped all my medicine and the swelling went away. No more pain, no more liver problems, no more arthritis. Not easy to give up sugar but you decide what you would rather have, painful hands and feet or some sweet 🧁. My hands have been pain free for two years now. I thank God every day for giving me this information and it didn't cost me a dime. I'm passing it on to you. God bless you.❤️

Our great grandparents who came as indentured laborers brought the seeds from India to South Africa. This drumstick/moringa tree was their pharmacy and also provided their daily meal. Leaves, flowers and the drumstick was used for curry. The older generation of Indians still regard this as their super food.

I have been dx with Rheumatoid arthritis with Plax psoriasis, just on the left side of my body, very painful with knots on the outside of my joints. I was dreading the RX I knew I was going to be prescribed. I love my KZread searches. That is how I found your channel. I listened to what you had to say about this product. So, I immediately ordered it from Amazon. I received it the following day. I made a smoothie right away. You are not going to believe me; I didn't even believe what I was experiencing. Before I finished the smoothie, I felt some weird sensations in my legs. I thought oh my what have I done. but when I got up from my recliner, I did not have ANY PAIN AT ALL. The knots on my joint are much smaller and not painful. I realize. that what I was feeling in my legs was probably the Moringa dealing with the inflammation, and that in turn took care of the pain. Thank you so much for letting people know about this. My grandmother once told me that of all the diseases in the world God has put a natural cure in nature and it is up to us to find it. So, I give Him the praise for this.

I have tried EVERYTHING, including traveling to Brazil to a spiritual healer and being on a very strict vegan diet. I am extremely disciplined but still nothing. Started Moringa because of your video and so far-six days in- I’m starting to feel better. Mornings I can actually stand and make my own breakfast. Feeling hopeful for the first time in years. I can even dress myself. Still painful but manageable!!!! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Can’t thank you enough. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I hope to continue improving. Rheumatoid arthritis is no joke. When I started drinking the tea with the moringa, all of the sudden I start to REALLY improve. I was at a pain level 8-9 almost everyday. Now I’m at a 5. I feel myself getting stronger everyday. Moringa is amazing! Only 2 weeks in and I have high hopes that this will work for me. I am going to start KZread videos to document my progress. @@Seyiu. I use to work as a legal admin asst. my job involved a lot of typing. Thankfully someone talked me into using an ergonomic keyboard or my issues may have began sooner or been much worse. I started going to college and doing a lot of writing at the same time i was working. This weird thing happened where my thumb hurt so bad 24/7 I wanted to break it off. It tortured me for a long time. I tried braces, stretches, tension balls, etc. but nothing helped so I booked an appt w/someone who did neuro-muscular massage that my sister recommended. Amazingly, the pain went away after 1 visit! That was 2 decades ago. I still have general hand pain & all over body pain (diagnosed with fibromyalgia) but that particular problem with my thumb has never resurfaced (but i also dont write or type like i use to). I just recently started working again part-time using a regular keyboard (havent had a chance to upgrade yet) and got a new phone that is larger than my previous one so I am dealing with extra pain atm but I'm hoping to resolve it soon w/o needing a massge therapist. I had Osteo Arthritis 1st stage. When my right knee started hurting even at night and i couldn't sleep, i was desperate. I didn't want to take meds because they gave me gastritis. I prayed for healing. Within a few days the Lord said CUT OUT SUGAR. I thought it applied to may prayer to lose weight n for my fatty liver. I cut sugar out anyway. Within ten days i noticed there was no more pain n stiffness. I was extatic. So the sugar message was for my knee. I carried on from Sept till Christmas when i cheated n the pain n stiffness came back. I got back to be obedient n all pain was gone. I also noticed that my migraine headaches were gone, but when i cheated they came back. All in all. In one year lost 11kg or 24lbs without dieting or exercising. Life is beautiful again. I feel great. I am 66 yrs old. My doctors were shocked when i told them about sugar. Nobody knows about it. But my God who made me knows what's bad for me. I asked God about d connection between sugar n joints n i came across a yt video where a dr explains how sugar produces Fibrin in d joints that causes pain. Fibrin is a protein that forms to close d wound but if you have sweets it attacks yr joints. Eating fruit is fine. I am eternally grateful to my Lord Jesus for showing me d solution to my problem. I am sure Moringa is very good for you, but i wanted to share with you what worked for me. Praise God.

So glad you found this plant!! I grow it from seed ordered on line and it grows easily and fast started in a pot, transplanted into the garden. Each summer the small trees grow up in the yard but freeze in the winter where we are. They could be grown in a large pot in the house, but the roots are long. The stems are great "chop and drop." I eat the leaves fresh and dry the leaves as they can be harvested in my dehydrator on 115 degrees F. This stores well in mason jars for the winter. I do the same with dandelion greens and chicory leaves. Food is medicine!

I know that everyone is different, but I actually don't mind the taste at all. So if you haven't tried it yet, before you buy the capsules, you may want to give it a try on its own. I like to make moringa tea, just add it to a mug of hot water, and I like to add some freshly grated ginger, and sometimes a bit of honey. To me, it tastes a lot like matcha tea. You can also add it to food. I sprinkle it on my salad, add it to soup, and I really can't taste it at all.

I had a bad lung infection that lasted almost a month, (I've had COPD for three decades) and had to go on 10 days of strong Antibiotics to stop the infection. I went off the Moringa capsules during those ten days. Day 5 the shoulder pains came back. On day 11 I went back on the Moringa and by day 13 the constant pain was gone again. I take 2 capsules at bedtime and apparently that's all I need to deal with my shoulder pain. Thanks again for posting this video! It really helped me a lot. God bless you and yours.

@@Bigfamilyhomestead Really appreciate you making these videos! Can you tell me what foods/drinks I should avoid when taking this? I would like to add this to my smoothies but I’m wondering if anything I already put in it, will work against the beneficial properties of Moringa. My smoothies consist of: bananas, berries, spinach or kale, peanut butter, rolled oats, chia seeds protein powder and orange juice. I think I read somewhere to avoid acidic foods/drinks when taking this so would love to know your thoughts/experience. Thanks so much!!

Yes. Its a great plant. For those wanting to grow it just know it can grow very tall. But it's easy to grow and you don't really need a lot of seeds. And as it grows and the seeds drop and more will pop up. But moringa is great.

I grew my own Moringa trees in OREGON! :) So I had just returned from Mexico where I had bought a bag of TEA from the market.. I noticed a lot of seeds in it and because it was Spring and I was curious if they would grow or not I planted them. I was surprised at how fast they grew in my green house and when I moved the plants out in June they really "took off" and grew several feet in two months! So even though this tree needs HOT weather to really get big... my six month old plants were lovely... Unfortunately when I took vacation in late fall the frost killed them... BUT it is great to know you can grow them in cooler climates as long as they are protected from frost. :)

I realize this video is several yrs old now but I live in FL, we have 2 moringa trees and make our own powder! These trees are absolutely amazing, they can make it thru anything! Every part of the tree is useful, every part can be used. Now we went thru hurricane Ian September 2022, he destroyed our town, half of our home which we are still waiting on repairs, it destroyed my entire backyard garden, it uprooted both of our moringa trees as well. I was crushed and literally in tears. We had to cut all of our food forest down, the moringa tree stumps were in their sides with roots sticking straight out! Both trees started growing back from the sides of the stumps, I was amazed! We lost all of our other food forest trees. We then had hurricane Idalia hit last yr and she did her number on them as well but they survived. Absolutely incredible that they've made it thru a cat 5 hurricane and then what we got of Idalia! I'm 43 and have had arthritis since my 20's along with fibromyalgia and a few other issues, in my 30's I was told I have premature osteoarthritis in my hands. I suffered every single day snd hated even going to bed knowing how much pain I'd wake up in especially if my neck! Even tho we've had the trees for a few yrs now we've just recently started taking and using it. We dry the leaves and grind them down and put into capsules, we also take the leaves and add them to our salads or other things we cook. I've been feeling better but need to take more each day, I started out taking around 500mg and slowly working up. I've also had success with starting moringa trees by seeds for other people that my own trees produce. There is a reason they call the moringa tree the miracle tree or tree of life!! For the ones that can't grow them, it's worth the expense to buy it but as they said, be careful of which brand u buy and do your research! You won't be sorry! My 18 yr old son even takes it now, he has joint issues but blood work never shows any autoimmune issues or anything and drs say he's ok. He just started a wk ago so praying it helps him as well! Sorry for the lengthy comment!!

Moringa is a great plant from the root, bark & leaves. The root is used for ayurvedic (indigenous) medicine in Sri Lanka the bark is used for dog bites in the villages, & the leaves are used for various types of food & the drumstick is made into a vegetable. When loads of tin foods were banned in years gone bye we used to use the kernel as asparagus. It somewhat helped to make sandwiches. It is a great plant to have in your back garden.
