I discovered Moringa more than 7 years ago after a severe stroke related to type 2 diabetes. After a year of drugs (12 in all) I got fed up I was looking for a better way to heal my body and started digging for info. Found Moringa and started to take large quantities (up to 90 capsules per day). Fired 3 doctors, changed my diet to mainly eggs and some fish, veggies, & some fruits. I do exercise by walking for at least 1 mile as fast as I can. 6 years later, doing fine at almost 68 yrs of age and stopped using all drugs and will NEVER use drugs again. Rarely get sick, had Covid for 2 days, and that's the only time I had anything. I don't get colds anymore, which for me is amazing. Of course, I have added many other supplements, but Moringa is by far #1 in my book for a healthy body.

I tried to grow the Moringa tree with no success as I live in the NE of USA. Now I just order the Moringa powder and drink it every day. I also mix that with Dandilion powder that Dr. Berg says has enormous benefits. I never get sick and my skin is radient even though I am over 70 years young. My energy level is way above normal for my age and I look and see people in their 50's that look and act like they are in their 80's. It is so easy to remain healthy and happy while we are on our journey here on the earth. I will keep this around as long as possible.

I recently started taking moringa. I'm an 82 YOF. Guess what - my FASTING glucose before was 146, my NON fasting glucose after one week on it was 97. I was on no medications for my blood sugar before I started moringa but every time my BG was drawn it was over 140 for the last few years. My BP before moringa was 140/90 on 2 BP pills, and after starting moringa it went to 90/61. I stopped one BP pill and it is now 113/69. may need to discontinue the med entirely if BP keeps falling. It hasn't made my arthritis disappear (after 2 weeks on it) but I do have more energy and less pain and have started doing more work around the house. I would see all that needed to be done, get overwhelmed just thinking about it. Now I'm actually just getting up and doing what needs to be done. NSAID's have never done that for me. It may not work for everyone, but if it does work, it works very well. And - there are absolutely no side effects in my case. I take two 1000 mg capsules of a 10:1 concentration each day, one in the a.m. and one in the p.m. UPDATE: I am completely off BP meds a week later with a BP of around 120/70 or 115/65. Seem to be sleeping better and having more dreams. My GERD is improving. I can't wait until my next blood work to check on cholesterol levels. This moringa is the first stuff that has ever done a thing for me.

Very soft wood so I chop them up and compost them as I start a new pile every year. Anybody need seeds, I have lots, will see if we can get you some seeds, very drought resistant after the 2st year, nothing to hot for them,

For those in colder climates that want to grow Moringa, consider a tall, narrow wheeled trash container. Fill only the center column with soil, save empty pop or water bottles to provide bulk around the outside and reduce overall weight, as Moringa has a tap root. That way you can extend your growing season by bringing it inside for cooler spells, and move it around outside to get optimum sunlight for whatever stage of growth it is in. I’ve considered building modular panels for a front and two triangular sides of a lean-to greenhouse against the south facing brick wall of my house to try to extend season long enough to get mature seeds. Otherwise, you would need to bring in cuttings and set them out in spring or plant new seeds yearly. Seed viability is pretty short, so you’d need a yearly source for seed. Some folks can shield against a brief mild cold snap by chopping trunk at 3ft, wrapping with a cylinder from a section of wire fencing, stuffing with straw and covering securely with black drum liner bag or tarp. Hope this encourages some to try again! Cheers!

We have had the trees for ages since back in the 50s. When most of the we don't want to eat heavt food this is our go to menu. I have been growing moringa trees in my yard. It seems like bugs get to eat more of it than I do. They’re winning the battle against it but I love it in my salad, smoothies and my stirfry‘s along with my spinach and other vegetables. Thank you for the informative video! I used natural food I blended up and the blender same food I used to heal myself from cancer to help to heal my daughter from after a TBI brain injury I blended it up and fed it to her through her feeding tube.
