Recipe and ingredients:
Sift 800 g of wheat flour through a sieve.
1.5 teaspoons of salt.
6 g dry yeast.
600 ml warm water.

Just making this bread as we speak. I think your ratio is incorrect .... 800g flour? You mean 600g, or up the water ratio. I followed you on this recipe, weighed/measured everything. The dough definitely did not come out as soft and pliable as yours. When I mixed the flour and water/yeast etc. I could immediately tell the water measurement is incorrect. Its covered and rising .... well, hopefully it will rise. I also checked other recipes. Most bakers use 600g flour. I just hate wasting ingredients. Plse double check your raitos. Thank you
