I don't know if you have heard the gospel before, so I'm going to lay it out for you in 4 words, with some elaboration on each word. Word 1: Creation, God created all things. When He created man and woman He commanded only 3 things. 1.Work the ground. 2.Be fruitful and multiply. 3.To not eat from the the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. At this point God and His creation was in a close relationship. Word"s" 2: The Fall, the serpent came into the garden knowing what God said and the serpent knew that if he tricked Eve by twisting Gods words. She would fall for it and because Adam loves Eve he would fall too. They both eat the fruit and then they feel the shame that came with it. God came back and He instantly knew they ate from the tree, when they were directed not to. That means as soon as they did that they set themselves away from God breaking the bond, the relationship between mankind and God. Word"s" 3: The good news, God wanting to have a relationship with His creation made a way where He Himself could come down to earth in a flesh body and live the perfect life that He knew we could not/can not. He then died on the cross for everyone's sins, that is everyone at that time til now and forever and ever. He then arose from the dead 3 days later. So, now we have a chance to be with God again. Word 4: Restoration, Now that we have a way to be with God again we need to Believe in Jesus and even though none of this sounds possible, we need to trust in God that it is true. Then, by doing this we should repent of our sins, which means to turn away from our sins. Then and only then we can be saved and once we are saved we can learn about God through reading the bible and once we know the knowledge we can go out and tell people the gospel. Because now that is the only calling that each and everyone of Us (Gods creation) is called to do with our lives. Now, everything I've said will be backed up by the bible and if you don't believe me your just gonna have to read it yourself. I recommend finding a 1 year bible schedule and reading a little bit a day verses trying to sit down and read it all at once that just crazy. Anyways, best of luck on your journey to becoming a christian! P.s. By becoming a christian it does not mean you have to be perfect, no one can or will ever be perfect other then Jesus. He simply asks you to do the stuff I said in the restoration part. That's it. And if you repent of a sin and you slip up again its okay. Repent again and pray that God helps you get of it.

I too, to release them from any curses, not to be Selfish, because " GOD says Hosea 4:6 " His people perished because of lack of knowledge" If we this Generation have knowledge as GOD says in Proverbs 11:9 that Through knowledge shall the just be delivered" Why not Repent, ask GOD to pull down the Strongholds, and Curses that are overtaking us...because we have been robbed by the Enemy from Generation to Generation, He stole, Killed, and destroyed so much in us...We ended up being settle for less in life.. But am glad we are in the light..I have forgiven my Ancestors for all their Hostility towards GOD. May GOD FORGIVE US, AND MAY HIS MERCY AND GRACE PREVAIL OVER US..AMEN

Oh girl!!! You have helped me so much. I'm an old 50 year old struggling with weight loss and eating right. Have started Daniel fast over and over and keep failing. Please pray for me. I will watch again and make notes. You have really inspired me. Plus you're sooo gorgeous and very articulate.

How Did it go?meals like whole wheat vegan spaghetti and whole wheat muffins with only fruit jam helped me stay on that fast tbh. Remix the recipes lol

This is day 4 of my fast and this was a blessing, really appreciate this stay blessed 🙏🏿 Transformation Church is also a great blessing and Dr Myles Monroe sermons really helped.

If I've needed a reason to do the fast before, chile this was a reason. God been talking, now I gotta listen...

I’m so proud of your determination for the Daniel Fast. I recently did the Daniel fast and God helped deliver me from wearing makeup. He showed me in 1 Timothy 2:9 that I was in vanity and so I gave up makeup and it was a big deal as I have been wearing for 23 years. I hope all women may consider how slaves we are to the flesh and pleasing ourselves rather than the Almighty One ☝️

My main issue was discipline and I was also a huge procrastinator and I knew in my heart God was calling me to fast and seek Him. I literally just made the decision to do it right after speaking to my brother, I didn’t even plan it. I just started and asked the Holy Spirit to guide me through it. It’s surprisingly been going really well. The one thing I can advise you on is to just do it, don’t overthink it. Don’t make food a priority and ask God for guidance and strength to push through. Wishing you the best with the fast 🥰

God definitely directed me to your video, and this is such perfect timing. I need this in order to gain more clarity, and know what God is trying to do in my life. God Bless you for sharing the tips below.

Yes, you said it so well -- first, come to God and talk about it before you start. I've been thinking about fasting for a while and then God sent me these 21 day fasting videos... He is always talking to me via KZread since COVID began! I don't know if it's the same for others :) I'm going to take a few days to prepare, starting today, because I've been an emotional wreck and I know that I use food as a emotional anchor , where God should be.

Finished week 1. Fruits and vegetables including red beans stew. Begin this week making a lentil vegetarian stew

Thank you for this video :) One thing I wanted to say is not to control your emotions or mind, but rather, don't let them control you. I know it seems like the same thing. But, you want to make sure you're not repressing emotions in the pursuit of controlling them. Observing them and being a witness can help with letting them go. I learned this from Buddhism.
