Training is full on now, moved to Kings Gym around Christmas and all my numbers are up already.
Loving training again.

    I usually do rows almost parallel to the ground (like an RDL), but the last few days I keep seeing buff daddys doing rows kinda upright like you did : I guess the god of gains is giving me a sign here lmao nice perfs !

    Buff daddy’s cracked me up 😂 but yea mate, give it a go for a good couple of months and see how much better it is for upper back development. Whenever I did parallel to the ground it always blew out my lower back with a massive pump, which isn’t what I wanted.

    Well he is very upright doing those rows. Being that upright does make it many times easier but still good.
