@@russ_sw this guy's transformations will definitely be one of the best one KZread, he's quite smart for starting being as underweight as he was, because of his hard work, his body weight to strength ratio was ridiculous. So when he gained some weight his strength followed. Bravo my friend, you have inspired me too!

Dude That's crazy! You are not only dadicated but you seeing to be smart about it, God job, keep going and never forget the man you became.
This is super inspiring man. It really is about dedication and that urge to become the better you. Youre progress is insane though! I started 5 months ago (quickly approaching 6) and its been quite the journey lol. I hope ill be able to do skills like you when i finally get a bar :p. Keep grinding!
I am also like your past brother but I am trying my best to become powerful. I also do some pull ups and following some dumbbell workouts at home and eating clean is also an ideal thing. "It's not happens in one day, but it happens one day"
The inspiration giving me in this video is marvelous! I am 20 now, and I have the same body shape as your 14. Recently, I did push ups everydays, and my chest, shoulder, arms are getting bigger. I get frustrated sometimes, concerning what I'm exercising for. Fortunately, your video pop up, and it gave me motivation to continue my exercise. Tysm🌻❤️

truly inspiring bro!
bro how, usually when i watch calisthenic transformation videos I get hope because most spend 1 year not knowing what they are doing and making little progress with the physique just like I have been since last year. Only recently have I figured out the right way to train calisthenics and said videos make me think I am on the right path but wtf is going on. This mf really did everything I want in a year and he got a crazy physique. I guess u knew what u were doing from relatively the start but I have never felt more pissed off that I spent I year barely making progress. W transformation

It's ok man I've been training calisthenics for 8 months now but I still haven't learned a SINGLE skill. Mostly been focusing on building foundation with the basics and the skills will come easily.
Good job man ! Don't stop
bro you insane keep grinding your my icon
Bro respect to you, that inspired me thanks bro
holy crap this is really good. I'm 15 right now and about your weight but definitely less strong. I'm much better than I was at 14 as well, but haven't made as much progress as you because I don't have a pullup bar and I haven't had the type of dedication you do. I'm about to get a pullup bar so I'll be training, and I'll see what my 15 to 16 transformation is.

I started doing calisthenics a whole month ago, but I stopped due to the fact that I was losing hope getting it big and stronger, but seeing this a skinny guy like you that has the same body as mine inspired me a lot, this made wanna go back to doing push ups again and lifting weights again and again. Tell me your routine, I wanna do it so I can have the same results like yours

I'll be sharing what I've experienced throughout my fitness journey and what I've learned soon! Had to focus on my academics first😅 but thanks a lot, i also feel like more people should realize everyone's body is different from each other so not everything we see online is as effective for us as it is for the "teacher". We just have to figure it iut ourselves what works best for us, that's why we all have a different way of training.

this is so inspiring, what was your routines thru out the transformation??
thats insane! im a year older but you are way stronger than me at calisthenics skills (and im bigger than you:)💪
Dude ive been doing this on and off for the past 4 months and ive just stopped recently, seeing this is honestly inspiring and ill definantly be on that grind! Do you have a routine that you follow or anything?
I have a new life after moving and started working a very physically demanding job -I live alone and live in a new town. I want to ask if you had friends who were already into calisthenics or how you kept motivated -I tend to weigh my motivation on having friends or support ….& I see your videos as that but also I tend to ask myself how do I stay motivated and reliant being by myself … .. one year …one day at a time … 👏🥰* I’ll post videos to stay consistent and motivated maybe
Straddle planche on the bar in one year is insane

The transformation is insane!! You're literally an inspiration for many people including me. Btw could you suggest some forearm excercises ( without equipment). Keep up the hard work 👍👍
@russ_sw
Жыл бұрын
Thank you! Some forearm exercises i do and i would recommend are: Handstands (If hard, do it against the wall) Finger push-ups (If hard, just hold the finger pushup position without doing the reps) Grab a towel and squeeze it for reps You can also put weights in a bag/backpack (weights can be books or water bottles) and do wrist curls, reverse curls and hammer curls.

@Russ Sthenos Thanks man! I'll be definitely looking forward to those videos :)
Amazing. I started in January 2023 and the changes are definitely noticeable for me too. How did you achieve the straddle planche/bent arm straddle planche and how long did it take you? Also my handstands are getting better but I would love to learn HSPU and many times I tend to do the motion right but my feet come back down when I push back up. What can I do? Thanks
@russ_sw
Жыл бұрын
I started progressing the planche starting from mastering the tuck planche and doing tuck planche pushups and planche leans helped me a lot with my progress. It's all about mastering the basics because they're the foundation of your skills. I tried spreading my legs to attempt the straddle planche but ended up doing the bent arm planche, so i later focused on my straight arm strength and core to get my first straddle planche in my 1 year mark. As for HSPU, like i said, mastering the basics is the key so get those solid holds in handstands and progress from pike pushups to wall assisted HSPU. When performing the movement, lean forwards as you're going down and get a tight grip of the floor or parallettes. Your shoulders are responsible for the pushing and your core and legs so you won't fall.
Wow, keep up the good work man, you definitely inspired me too. Btw, do you think it’s healthy to start building muscles at 14, my friends say that it would affect puberty growth, so I’m not sure anymore.
@russ_sw
Жыл бұрын
It is definitely fine to start working out at an early age. As long as your performing the exercises correctly with proper form to prevent risks of injuries and as long as you're nutrition or diet is on point, the you have nothing to worry about working out at 14. Personally, it worked just fine for me.

How much rest did you take between exercises? Resting is the most important part but it doesn't look like you took much rest
What workout do you recommend to get started doing Calisthenics I've only just started to going to the gym and really want to do Calisthenics
Do you have any guides on how to start calisthenics? I always do normal push ups and watch many yt vids... Many of those vids are not for beginners 😔
@shenzu393
Жыл бұрын
Focus on mastering the basics first. Get to 20+ push ups consecutively and work on getting 10+ pull ups (You don't have to do one first over the other since they are different movements). Once you can do that, start working on advanced pushup variations do it like this: diamond push up -> archer push up -> one arm push up. Once you can do that you should have enough base strength to start training either handstand or planche. It is important to only focus on one skill until you achieve it for faster results. As for pull ups, I would work on weighted pull ups until you can pull your chest to the bar. Once you can do that you should try doing muscle ups with the resistance band. Then over time, you should be able to do muscle ups without the band eventually. That should be good enough to start with. Hope this helps!
Fucking Legend
Whats your push and pull routine? Like what move, how many reps and sets may i know?
Can you show your workout routine?
