This video presents my calisthenics x streetworkout transformation. This changed my life, and if you consider changing your body and strenght, then start today! There are periods where you lose motivation to workout, but that is one of the reasons why I decided to make this video. It is to motivate you to start working out. Believe in yourself and never give up!
THE THUMBNAIL
There are around 12 months between the pictures. The first picture on the left was taken at the summer in 2017, and the right was taken in summer 2018. Reason behind the big change is lightning and muscle gain (ofc)
Music:
Prefekt - Numb (feat. Johnning)
Electro-Light - Symbolism [NCS Release]
FAQ:
Q: Is it really 1 year? A: 13 months (so yeah), and I have seen many comments that say I´m lying and it´s longer. Why I progressed so fast in terms of skill training, is probably because of my age, height, weight, genetics and dedication. Also the picture at 7:27 isn´t actually taken at the 13th month, but in the 12th month.
Q: How tall are you? A: 168/169cm before the video 175 cm now
Q: How old are you? A: 17
Q: How much did you weigh? A: around 50kg / 110 lbs at the beginning and 63-64kgs / 141 lbs after. Right now im 72 kgs / 158 lbs
Q: Can you planche now? A: Still can´t ;(
Q: Did you follow a nutrition plan? A: Nope, the only thing I did was to be in a 300 calorie surplus, get more protein into my meals and eat less "unhealthy" foods and junkfood.
Q: Do you train legs? A: First 10 months I didn't, but right now I do.

Now, 2 years later, after a lot of attemps of reaching my dreamed body, I can say that I am really close of what I always wanted. And now i got it more estrict. I bend in two months my muscle up will be pretty good estrict and i guess i'll can beggin with some Front lever trainings, it'll take more time, bout five months.
