Thanks you. So I went to the ER twice on a month with anxiety and they give me pills to take which I don’t take. When it was at it’s worse I went under a tree and buried my foot in the dirt. Well Wow the buzzing in my body eased 90 percent. So thank you

There were many written text before the bible which the bible took from, I'm not against it, but it's not a daily book that one can live by and it's not an history.
