I mention cases but only the landmark cases on the topic which are important and relevant to the topic. I don't like mentioning case laws just for the sake of adding case laws. I would also upload a separate video for the most important case laws of each subject but that will take some time.

nothing specific but as for now till date there is no such law jo kehta hai live in ko illegal ya wrong . It's just moral wrong in the eyes of people otherwise it's completely legal and it's protected by your constitution under article 21 right to life and liberty . So you can decide who you want to love , marry , be with , have relationship with . And no one has anysay in that . That's the current status Baki toh sir video banayenge aagey tab aur knowledge mil jayega

This will be irregular marriage (Fasid) which can be rectified by converting the non-Muslim

It is valid marriage by Ithana Asharia Shia but a Shia women can not contarct for Mutha marriage. Means Shia men want to enjoy with women with other religions only. Is my understanding correct?

A Shia woman cannot contract muta with non Muslim. But a Shia muslim can with Kitabiya women or fire worshipper

Yes both divorced and death iddat but only if they consummate the marriage and death is same as in valid nikah 4month 10 days but divorce iddat is for 45days or 2 menstrual cycle...
