I always search ur videos first on every topic and if I dnt find particular topic in ur videos then I move to other channels..easy and simple way of explanation and the plus point is we can make notes too.... On few channels they explain only verbally but you explain along with notes👍

According to Islamic law, the Islamic dinar is a coin of pure gold weighing 72 grains of average barley. Modern determinations of weight for the "full solidus" weigh 4.44 grams at the time of Heraclius and a "light solidus" equivalent to the weight of the mithqal weighing 4.25 grams. and it in converted in silver coins and 1 dinar consist 10 dirhams each of equal weigh as dinar then the weight of silver coins where converted into modern rates of silver and that amount was given to the wife ... ( so it is not todays dinar or dirham it is the gold and silver coins of the time of prophet Mohammad ( peace and blessing upon him)) and i think this is not a less amount you and muliply 4.25 grams by 10 and the by todays rate of silver which is the actual coast of minimum mehar ..

05:45 Sir 10 dirhams is a very low amount, but jurists say, "10 dirhams in those days were equal to 4.25 grams of gold." So, if dower is not fixed, woman will be awarded a minimum 4.25 grams of gold or its value (Which is Rs. 87506 today in Pakistan and Rs. 31201 in India)

sir 1 dirham at that time meaning 1000 years ago used to be a silver coins. not todays dubai's dirham which is equivalent to indian rupee 20.

@@YGLAW ok sir. Mai bihar judiciary ki taiyari kar rahi hu. Aap jaise achhe teachers ki videos se hi mai ghar baithe taiyari kar rahi hu, bina kisi coaching gaye. Ek chote bachhe ki maa hu bahar jaa ke coaching karna possible nahi mere liye sir but ab sapna pura karne ki ummid jagi hai online lecture se. Aapke lecture se ipc cover kiya maine ..... Puri puri raat padhti hu mai in videos se. Ab aap samajh jaiye sir ki aap mere liye is time bhagwan ka role play kar rahe ho. Thanks a lot.... Sabd kam hai mere passs...

Talaq pe dower return nahi kiya jata, balke khula me dower return Kiya jata hai kyunke khula aurat deti hai, deferred dower death ya talaq k waqt fix nhi hota, balke shadi k pehle hi fix hota hai k mai nikah k waqt nahi de sakta, shadi k 2 month bad, 5 month bad apne hisab se dulha kahega ,,,agar ladki razi hai k deferred dower se to shadi ho jaegi, or biwi chahe to dower maaf bhi kar sakti hai. Talaq k bad Mahar nhi diya jata....agar usne jo waqt bataya us waqt me na diya ho to dower k liye biwi claim kar sakti hai ya phir chod bhi sakti hai, or rahi baat death ki ..tab bhi wo apne mare hue husband ki dower maaf kar sakti hai ya phir claim kar sakti hai...bas faisla biwi ka ho... relatives ka interfere na ho....Islam me dower fix nahi hai, dulhan jitna chahe demand kar sakti hai.

I dont know if you are accurate and i dont have time to research points which i suspect to be originating from hate rather than academics. But for argument sake lets assume what you said is accurate. Still it doesnt matter, Its not about who brought it to India and where it originated from, the issue is that the practise of giving dowry was present almost uniformly in all Hindu marriages a couple of years back, and till today it is practised by a majority of Hindu people. If a stranger taught you how to steal, that doesnt make you becoming a thief as a justified act. It doesnt make you innocent for your thefts.
