2 Great vedios kripal anna , one of the Dr his son with their super cars, & then of Sachin & shreya ,what impressed me is their simplicity/ humbleness, Sachin,ji & shreya, were so raw & earthy nothing artificial, that modern life contaminates ones personality with ,so warm & welcoming, they would not barter their lifestyle even if the Dr gave all his super cars to them. & then the Dr his son with all their opulence, were grounded,& it did not make their head heavy. This is true Indian culture simple & grounded in what ever you are.. Uthisht Bharatham 🙏

Good morning dear Kripal 👍 Wow first to comment today 😀 I remember this 200 year old Savoi plantation which we had a preview of your Goa GTR series 👍 I love such kind of plantations 👌 Mr Sachin is truly proud and passionate of his plantation 👍 OMG to get the first crop takes about 30-40 year ; one certainly need to exhibit a tremendous amount of patience in terms of gestation period 👍 It’s an excellent Plantation and loved the tour and definitely got an insight into Plantation .👌 Mr Sachin , indeed , quite Knowledgeable about his Plantation 👏🏼👏🏼 One thing for sure it requires knowledge, patience and maintenance of a 2 Century old Plantation 👏🏼👏🏼 Whoa they had 18000 Mangoes about 15-20 years ago and that too every mango was harvested 👌👌 This is brilliant and trust me my wife and yours truly love such plantation tours 👌 Wow I have never seen a While Chilli 👍 True that 80% of the aroma fact is an indicator of the quality of a dish 👍 The coconut storage space was also cool 👍👌 I was a tad nervous when I though you ate gonna try the Bird’s eye Chilli 🌶😀 Good that you mentioned a disclaimer ( Kids not to try this ) 😀😀 Nothing to beat a refreshing Kokum after the Plantation tour 👌The sweet Khari looks appetising 😋 Time for some authentic First distilled Cahew Urak , only 11% of alcohol , though I thought it would be close to 40% R-OK . Shreya is equally adept in her knowledge about the plantation 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 ; moreover she is well educated with a Masters Degree in Zoology 👌👌 Great initiative by Shreya for culturing Honeybees 👌 Fab review of the Urak : Cheers 🥂 I have tried Urak with Limca ( it tastes much better than with Lemonade ) 😋 The way you tried the shot of Urak followed by the Salty pickle was class ( reminded me of Tequila shots ) 😀 That’s an awesome plate of Brown Boiled Rice with Fish curry , Vatane , Star fruit chutney,Mackarel Kismoor , fried prawns mix veggies and raw banana 😋😋 Simple yet super awesome flavour 😋👌 Though I have Sol kadi as a drink never tried with rice 👍 The chutney looks super delectable would go well with a Dosa 👌 Candid remark from Mr Sachin on how to reserve the plantation tour plus lunch 👍 The price of Rs 950 is a steal 👏🏼👏🏼 Kudos to Mr Sachin , Shreya and the crew involved in maintaining a 200 year old plantation 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Thoroughly enjoyed every frame of the Vlog 👌 Wonderful insight on the plantation tour 🙏 This one is also on my bucket list 🙏Take care , Stay safe , Happy eating and God bless 👍👍🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️ Today for lunch we have home made Pita Bread with Hummus and Falafel 😋 Wishing you a wonderful evening and weekend 🙏🙏
