Absolutely. There were other people in the basement. I don't want any to think they come with the house.😂... Jk on that last. But yes, I try not to show people or tourists in the videos

@@LivinginNewJersey Ahhh...makes sense. Well you probably know this but, garages and basements are huge deals to men, and realtors on youtube videos never give them enough attention...as far as I've seen...and I'm gonna be on the hunt very soon.

There are quite a few in this price range. Taxes and HOAs vary as well.

Wait…Are both bathrooms upstairs. Is there a bath on the first floor? How about a bath in the basement?

There’s one main bathroom upstairs and one inside the primary suite. In the main floor there’s a half bath by the laundry room. No bathroom in the basement. Hope that helps
