  The basement in not finished. Floors, walls and ceiling have been painted. There’s a good list of properties similar to this that have finished basements and are in good communities.   These 3 story townhome are pretty awesome. Lots is square feet and almost like moving right in to a home with a finished above ground basement. They usually have a deck and Primary suites for the fraction of the cost of a single family. Love them as well
