Wish you had shown the main floor as you entered the home...What area was that? You only showed two of the three floors.

Robinson Xavier thanks for the comment! Unfortunately the bottom floor of this one is the model home and doesn’t give you a representation of what the bottom looks like. They use it as office space however there’s a new video that does show the bottom level on a floorplan called the Greenwich. You should be able to view that video as well. Aria is located in the University area in University Research Park

Hello, it a very different product. Galloway is nice but would be considered the little brother of Aria. The price point is also significantly different. Have you met with an agent at both yet?

Very true. See this a lot with townhomes here. We have talked to the HOA about letting the buyer put up a barrier. Believe they will. LOL you will have some privacy but I definitely get it!
