  Traffic is absolutely terrible. Nobody wants to sit in traffic half their life. Thousands of apartments and houses between 77 and Denver and they still have a freaking TWO LANE ROAD.

  Great information - I'd say we are definitely in for price increases with limited inventory and still strong demand; especially in the Charlotte market. We could even see high appreciation if mortgage rates continue to drop which is the expectation.
