Not mind blowing, for the money it's really a basic design. There is lots of room for improvement. Eg: The windows in the kitchen are too small for the space. Should've installed ceiling to floor window/s or better still, a pocketed slider leading to a deck or patio. And why is the primary bath, shower not a zero treshold entry? This builder cut a lot of corners and the property is worth to me 400k

Location, Location, Location Reign. Home prices are determined by what the dirt cost to build them on. Many people confuse the structure for being the only aspect in a build out. And this land happened to be very close to Uptown CLT. Combine that with updated and on trend fit and finish for both the exterior and interior, and that's where you get your price structure. $400K is unrealistic for this size home in most Metro areas across the country.
