Doesn't seem like much light when the parking lights are on from behind the truck, for vehicles behind you to see

I was thinking the same thing. I have the factory LED tail lights on my 2017 f350 and never thought the tail lights were designed well in parking light mode. Your new lights do look great!

Great vidoeo. I'll be ordering mine soon. Just curious why you used the 3.5ohm resistor. In have not watched morimoto's video but did watch headlight revolutions and they say use the 7.5. I also have a 2017 halogen w/o bliss. Just curious because I heard of a couple people having issues with hyper flashing. Again appreciate all the videos. Actually met you a few years back at summit in Arlington.

I know this os off topic but have you changed your coolant in your primary and secondary cooling systems yet?

Just installed mine as well. I noticed that the running light on the rearmost are not really bright. All you see are 4 dashes. But the lights are not bright enough. They look sick still. I guess Ill just install a tailgate running light like on the F450.

It’s been good man! Little bit better fuel mileage and of course I can add or takeaway performance as I need.

Just bought these and received them two days ago and I have two gripes my right lens had some minor scratches on the lens and second the resistor standoffs screws were too short. Debating if I’m going to return or not. I’m very disappointed in the general quality of the product.

Those look good! I think an LED Smoked 3rd brake light would wrap everything up.

AGREED!!!!! JUST received my Morimoto 3rd brake light for my 2011 Raptor...CANT wait to see that installed later this week on her!!!!

Did you ever get the tail light hyper flash issue resolved? If so how? Really wanting to buy some but skeptical seeing a decent amount of issues with this.

Buying a resistor usually FIXES that issue... Im the original owner 2011 Raptor Super Crew... I bought RECON LED tail lights and ran into that issue...The resistor FIXED it... What i LOVE about Morimoto is their warranty and tech support is A++++++++++ Could see why you would be skeptical, IMO, nothing to worry about.....

I would get them but it's not enough light to the rear when driving. I've seen them on the road and you can barely see the rear of the truck! Not a fan at all.

How is the fitment? I tried the Recons and they didn’t sit flat. Recon blamed it on my truck.

I had no issues with fitment. Everything fit great!

Have you had any trouble with the dash lights (green arrows) hyper flashing? Mine do it occasionally

Dude, glad you asked! My wife was driving the truck today and she said it was doing that. I was planning to call HR/Morimoto tomorrow to ask why… I know I installed everything correctly. I haven’t driven the truck a ton since I put the lights in on Saturday.

@@moostang09 I have not had time to contact them yet, the lights flash correctly but it annoys me. I have tried changing to the other resistors and it didn’t help. Please let me know if you find a solution before I do. They look great!
