I'm so busy with school nowadays that I don't have time for Korean. I also haven't been able to create a schedule for my Korean progress. Still, I try whenever I find time. Thank you so much for those videos. Hailey, can you suggest me a way of studying properly? I feel like I will never find a proper way of studying 😆 💜

Hi 👋 i also i have no time but then i manage my time by scheduling my time . Then i have time to learn Russian and Korean now. Now everyday i will wake up at 4 clock am and i will study it. The easiest way to learn any new language is by listening , reading , speaking. Do it for 5 minutes daily. So now i can speak Russian to conversational level.

What does the 듣 at the beginning of 자마자 "right after" mean or what does it change or add to the sentence? Not the 듣자마자, just the 듣 part. I really like your teaching by the way. You're clear and accurate. Very helpful! Thank you. :-)

  • @kaimagnus

@@rtqwe7705 안녕! Right. So it doesn't change the meaning of 듣 when it's right up against 자마자? So 듣자마자 still means "right after listen" or more literal and in Korean order "listen right after"? The reason I asked is because you know how sometimes when one word is right up against another word it changes the meaning. Not the word, just the meaning. Also couldn't I use 저 instead of 저는? Or do you have to use the 는 part with 저는 if its not at the beginning of the sentence? Or if I wanted to be informal use 나 instead of 저 and get rid of 요 at the end of the last word of the sentence? Like for example: Formal: 저 한국말 (한국어) 잘 못해요. Informal: 나 한국말 잘 못해. Both meaning in English "I don't speak Korean language well." (lol. I figured that fit the situation XD), but the first one is formal because I used 저 and 요 and the second is informal because I used 나 and got rid of the 요. For anyone else reading this to help you learn the proper order for sentence structure in Korean the sentence I wrote in 한국말 literally word for word translates: "I (with respect)=저 Korean language=한국만 well=잘 don't=못 grammar part=해 (with respect)=요".

@@kaimagnus First of all, I apologize for my poor English. For example 1. "듣자마자" means you have to do it right away. "듣고나서" can mean that once you listen, you can leave it at any time. 2. When you use "저", 1)When the other person is older than me, 2)When you're seeing someone for the first time, When you use "나", 1)Someone who's my friend. If you want to get rid of 요 If the other person is your friend, you just have to leave out 요. formal: 저 한국말 못해요 Informal: 나 한국말 못해 formal "I love you" mean, 저는 당신을 사랑합니다 "I love you" mean, 나는 당신을 사랑합니다 informal "I love u" mean, 나는 너를 사랑해 love=사랑해
