Hi from Australia. Jason I really admire your fearlessness and full on determination to beat cancer into submission. I’m having another scan in August as my previous scans haven’t been able to allow a diagnosis. If I have mesothelioma it must be in the very early stages. Doing carnivore diet since last November and taking fenbendazole for the last few months and working out with weights as I’ve always done for 40 odd years. I’m pretty positive and feel great and have no intention of succumbing to cancer. You’re an inspiration.

💯 correct!!! I was diagnosed last year March(stage four prostate cancer)I started following Guy Tenanbaums protocol and was killing cancer cells all year! I had metastasis all over my chest/spine/ribs/hips/thighs and some on my skull. Remarkably most of the lesions disappeared after 6 months…But I took my foot off the gas and the cancer was more aggressive than I expected. Some are back… You have given me a new and improved FEELING OF FIGHT!!! We are responsible for our own well being. You’re an inspiration and a blessing! Others should be able to feed off of your energy. Keep fighting! CMF Catch Me Fucker!

Thanks for the info. Your vid explained the confusion I had relating to the dose of Fenbendazole. I bought "Panacur C" dog dewormer. Three packets 4 grams ea. Each gram = 222mg, therefore each 4 gram pack = 888mg per packet. 79kilo x 50mg,/p = 3,950mg of Fenbendazole 3950÷888 = 4.4 packets of Panacur C per day . Not 222mg.

Jason, thank you for your service. I found your channel from your interview w/ Thomas Seyfried. A friend of mine here in Japan refused my suggestion of fasting (for GKI reduction). Finally at stage 4 when doctors were giving up, we fasted together (48 hours pre-chemo through 24 hours after, 72 total) through each of his chemo sessions. He cut down on carbs and he pulled through. Maybe if you do something similar you can post it and some of us can fast remotely but alongside you in spirit.

I sugest 5 meals per day. 3 hours apart. Set the timer on your phone. Pre plan your meal. Precisely weight the meat to be exactly 14 grams of protein. Look up the fat content. Use mct oil to top up to Precisely 28grams of fat. This is exactly what you need to do. People who have successfully maintained 70 do this. An easy meail is weigh protien and mct oil shake. Measured at that exact formula. This will keep glucose at 70 all day long and is exactly 300 callories per meal. This will sustain you just barley but keep a theriputic glucose. Please document every meal so you can confirm you are hitting these numbers. Don't ever miss these 2 to 1 ratio. Do this and you will be successful.

From what I know...limiting to 14 gms of protein is NOT a good idea for your body. It is widely accepted that takes appx 35 gms of protein for YOUR FIRST MEAL...and...it is accepted that less than that DOES not trigger the skeleton muscle growth. If you asked Professor Tom if you had MORE than a 2 to one ratio of fat to protein.... will it HELP the cancer if you eat more than your 14 gms x 5 times a day. My understanding is a healthy OVERALL body is helpful in keeping cancer back.

She had 80% of her stomach cut out. Also yes I tracked it with CGM. Noticed the gradual adaption to one meal a day. Naturally in a healthy person, if you're carnivore, you will want to eventually move toward 1 meal a day with just enough protein to bump insulin to signal to the kidneys to hold on to minerals/electrolytes. That 1 insulin bump a day is all you need. But I know in your case with some of your stomach content cut out, I know that may not be an option for you. Wow! You go from one extreme to the other. 16 days of fasting was totally unnecessary. And during that time you didn't give yourself any protein. Of course you're going to wither away. But now you're not doing any fasting? Eventually, your hunger is going to take control and you are going to fall out of the deep ketosis. A simple 3-day fast Will put you back in deep ketosis and then you start the calorie restriction again. But use the time in between cycles to rebuild.

  • @jasonwatson6104

Sorry, my friend, but I am consulting with reputable Dr.s properly applying successfully the full press pulse protocol now. I lost 5lbs only on the fast and have put it back on already. The protocol I just outlined does not require any fasting and generates stable 70 glucose and stable ketones above 3. This is the protocol reputable Dr.s are getting 100 percent success from. 5 meals a day, precisely measured 2 to 1 fat to protien. 300 callories a meal. 14 grams protien 28 grams fat. Do this. It's far more beneficial than fasting because it's sustainable and 100 percent stable. Fasting is great, but when you eat, you finally get major glucose spikes. The above protocol is enough to sustain yourself and 100 percent stable and sustainable.

@@jasonwatson6104 and I learned everything I know from speaking with dietitians who are implementing the press pause protocol as well as Dom d'gostino. Not to mention thousands of hours of podcasts and videos. You say your glucose spikes after a meal. I see a very, very small rise in glucose after a meal and it drops back very quickly. Are we talking about the same thing? Is that really a spike? The only difference between what you're doing and what I'm doing is that I kick off a cycle with a 3-day fast. My calorie intake and macros are the same as yours. I've been at this for a lot longer. You just came up with this. Check back with me in a month or so.

I am all for fasting, as you know. However, this cycle wich will be 3 months with glutamine blockers and 3 to 5 days a week HBOT. The Dr.s require the diet I outlined. I am simply reporting that what they have claimed seems to be coming true on my glucose monitor. I have never seen whole days with glucose 100 percent stable under 70 while eating food and gaining weight. I think it's important that I put this amazing information and results back our there. The Dr.s tell me this is the way to get stable long-term success the most effectively, and it seems to be coming true. They say this is actually true for everyone, and fasting is not required. To be honest, I didn't believe them at first, but I figured I would give it a try. This is why it took me 2 weeks to make this video.
