Negative first mate, I've got it wrong before and touched the spanner on the body work. It was like guy fawkes night!

I heard wierdos complaining about the Meg's gearbox, but the General Motors stuff is straight up crap, wtf is that giant gear knob, I drove 20-30 y/o big lorries with smaller shifter than that thing. I know you had a Vauxhall before, but there are plenty of users that are into your videos for the DIY Meg stuff.

I had this on the car, but overtime it got a little notchy, so I ended up taking it off. Much smoother without it. Just saying 👍 Gets a little tiring when city driving, probably ok for track but not as a daily. By the way, it’s not a short shifter, it just tightens up the gear linkage, from the rubber one to this.

Notchy because changes are made without adjusting the Linkage Any changes even a short shifter require the linkage to be adjusted

Don't have an astra 🤣

B4 doing this please pop the gator up on the gear stick and put it in adjustment position lock and also lock the gear box with the locking pin while your there lossen the linkage adjustment ( KZread how to). Fit mod , lock the linkage adjuster, release the gearbox pin, release the gear stick from adjustment position. Mod + Linkage adjustment at the same time compliment each other. Your welcome

That would of been a perfect time to do the gearbox oil.

Do these fit onto the Astra H linkages as well or just the corsa?

Get a 4tech short shifter on it and you'll not regret it juat done it to my vectra vxr and its the best mod I've done hands down
