    My husband was abusive (WAS). I was forced out of the home. For two years, I cared for our sons, did not speak badly about their father, allowed them to maintain their relationship with their father (it is so important!), did not date. I waited for him to get things right. We are together as a family should be now. His transgressions are in the past. We do not speak of them. He is forgiven.

    As a Muslimah. I agree . I even learned something more today . Alhumdulilah I am always looking to learn of Quranic terminology as I am not anywhere near as fluent as I could or should be . I realized some things pertaining to this recently , alhumdulilah .Allah knows better . However ... I think I am qualified to mention , that of all my life there's only a small percentage , not even 1% of sisters who get down like that . But there are many who are needing proper Islamic education just as brothers. Muslimah are generally expected to spend time in the home so if that's where she is majority of time then her husband or son , father even ... should make sure he brings to that home Islamic material going over extensive Islamic knowledge , sense it is a way of living our lives not just a way to behave during Ramadan or on Jumuah . Lastly , what I'm going to mention , is that while it is definitely something we should be reminded of , it is also ...a Human fault and doesn't have to necessarily be a Gender fault one over the other . Many times, men and women are not as mindful as they should be . Alhumdulilah barak'allah feekum , for all of the Many many sisters who are striving everyday while raising children and caring for their families. Put time aside for yourselves , always invest in yourselves the same as you do with family. Care about and for you. Because you are a Muslim , a servant and human too. Be intentional and mindful before and while you do what you do! Be grateful for what Allah ta'ala has given you in every aspect! And don't just go on routine sisters . Remember our men do a lot and sacrifice alot for Allah ta ala. They dream and they has things they want to make manifest and see happen . We're not only Husbands and Wives but we are ar Rajul and An-Nisa

    True love looks past the imperfections, and to hurt them hurts yourself also, not sure what type of women would say half the things he said, may Allah ta',ala grant us spouses that are true soulmates 🌹

  • @Islam4ever2006

    @Islam4ever2006

    Жыл бұрын

    Love was never a reason for marriage in Islam. Soul mates isn't an Islamic concept either. Marriage was looked more like a contract, like doing a business transaction fisabilillah. Muslims have taken this superficial notion brought by Western Disney type movies that really doesn't exist in reality. This is one of the reasons why marriages fail, because people have this fantasy that marriage is like finding a princess and prince charming, rather than working around each others faults and meeting each other half way to continue on in harmony. When two people love and respect each other fisabilillah, fearing Allah, that is when a marriage can be successful.

    Here are some ways to earn deeds after death: 1) Give a copy of the Qur'an to someone. Each time one reads from it you gain. 2) Donate a wheelchair to a hospital. Each time a sick person uses it you gain. 3) Participate in building a masjid. 4) Place a watercooler in a public space. 5) Plant a tree. You gain whenever a person or an animal sits in it's shade or eats from it. 6) And the easiest of all, share this message with people.

    A male relative had complained about his wife. She prays 5 times a day, likes to give to charity, never miss Tahajjud but can be very rude to him. She would raise her voice at him. She is always happy and laughing when in company of others but always frowning at him. One nite he dreamt she was praying and suddenly the strap on her prayer dress strangled her. She struggled to release the strap from her neck but she fell, still struggling to release the strap on her neck. Then he woke up. When he told her about his dream, she cried and asked him for forgiveness. We need to constantly remind ourselves to be humble to our husband. Ibless was banished because he didnt want to humbled himself to Nabi Adam. Allah being Kind and Gracious and Merciful sometimes send warnings to his servants through dreams. Alhamdullilah.

The authentic Ahadīth in Sahīh Al-Bukhārī in Kitāb Al-Libās and other various Ahadīth points that whatsoever is below the ankles, is in the Hellfire. I advise myself first and the rest to abide by this brothers. May Allāh Forgive us and Grant us His Guidance. Amīn.

    These words do not implement to all the women.. But to those women who are arrogant and have nothing to do with Islam. Who's upbringing is not good who's greedy ungrateful and does not fear Allah. No good Muslim women from good family does this. Women have all the rights and equality to fight with their husbands be angry also they're humans too By the same time they also love their husbands unconditionally. You must also explain that not all women are like this. Women unless of any religion but of good upbringing does same thing looks after husband family kids and whole relatives of husband and meanwhile she forgets that she also exists as human. Women as wives are always sacrificing loving stand by husbands in all ups and downs.

    An amazing video that tackled a silence and serious worry of mine. This ungratefulness that I see around me discourages me at my worst times from keeping a grip on myself, at least to loosen up a bit this demon tells me. I have seen so many of my friends who are 28 or 30, older than me, get absolutely burned to the ground and still they continue working because they have too, but most of their resources now go to paying child alimony and extra for their moms. Paying like that, in this dehumanizing way after they tried to keep their marriages from falling. At times, I saw these young man assume both the working man and the nurturing women to fill a void, a responsibility completely and actively ignored by the wife. What's going on? For the love of God, the world became horrid in my mind. This video is great. I hope more people raise their daughters well. Good women are a blessing. For the kids. For the future of the world. Why isn't this an obviously nobel pursuit. I thought people care about meaning. Perhaps the book Man's Search for Meaning actually means the males search for meaning. I know it's not the case. However what's loud today says exactly the opposite. Thanks for everyone involved in this video!

    Most imams, generally speaking ofcourse, are always talking about men and their responsibilities while men know their roles and duties well enough but nobody talks about a woman’s responsibility and duties especially to her husband because they fear losing their audience and getting backlash. Feminism has really crept inside the Muslim women and there’s not a lot of good Muslim women left that are worthy of getting married.

    Omg 😱 yes!!! Finally i see comments like this and it’s not just me. You know especially since women’s entire role or expectations ALL don’t even go past bare minimum or basic! And somehow they still fail. Like everything they need is within them to be able to be what an idea wife is, so their failure is not dependent or codependent on ANYTHING BUT THEM. Versus for a man, NO, what’s within him isn’t enough. He needs to provide and that’s clearly not solely dependent on him, society, economy, family all play a role in keeping him down, him being fit requires actual input and hard work, but for a women is simply don’t be fat and eat healthy, so a man that isn’t fat and eats healthy but doesn’t work hard won’t pass as a manly man. It’s like everything is literally handed to them at birth and they squander it all till they are 30 and useless to men and then start expecting on top of that.

Each time a sick person uses it you gain. 3) Participate in building a masjid. 4) Place a watercooler in a public space. 5) Plant a tree. You gain whenever a person or an animal sits in it's shade or eat from it. 6) And the easiest of all, share this message with people.

    Who is the speaker here? I hope not Mufti Menk. So far I heard him only speak good things. But this is bad. It starts off already blaming women for not thinking good. It puts down women from the start. That shouldn't be. Would one rhink that of his own mother? That would be disrespect and dishonor for her. In any relationship it goes both ways. Both must work together to make it work. For a relationship to work both must see the good qualities in each other. Starting off negatively like this would be bad.

    Leave it to Nouman to not hit the nail on the head and beat around the bush with the things no one disagrees on while knowing that he’s not addressing the real issues of women. (edit: i dont want to be unfair, because he hits the nail on the head in almost all topics, EXCEPT in the subject of women. almost to not lose his followers. allah knows why, but he is amazing with almost everything except this topic). Their lives is beyond easy and their ungrateful on top of that. With technology and modern life, their roles have been made BEYOND simple when it was simple already. *Good manners, *simple effort, *affection, *respect, *knowing who has the last word, *not being fat, *putting effort in dress and passion *sex is a constant between lovers, * but it isn’t when women are gold diggers. *Feminism, *delusions of independence, *inconsiderate expectations, *not knowing what is within the authority of a man (dress, leaving the house, who your friends are, where you can’t go), *breast feeding (what repulsive retrds), *ignorant in islamic upbringing for kids, *not healthy or care to provide healthy meals for husband and kids, *delusions of travelling, *weddings not being a necessity NOR the responsibility of the groom, *mahr is not the only obligation on him to marry, *absurd mahr (inconsiderate of his wealth) I’m positive a few hundred GENIUS females will list similar things applying to men, but as usual self deluded and no one checks them. No! Most men meet and exceed these simple fundamental minimal things, they just fail in meeting great requirements OR your made up ones of entitlement. OR clearly his insufficiencies are a direct response to the miserable life you’ve given him, especially when your whole life is as easy as a ******%%ing smile and respect. So sick of the constant victimhood. Even hijabi girls these days are delusional. God bless the exceptions!!! But even the exceptions now they know how rare they are so their demands become naturally absurd, because they know how desperate men are for a simple good women that simply meet minimal expectations. Not even great, bare minimum is the new gold when it comes to women.

    Let me explain the oftentimes misunderstood context behind this Hadith. The Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) would never want to sadden or hurt anyone. This was given during his pilgrimage. He wanted to motivate the women to give charity and to get the reward for fighting jihad. The Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) also did this to motivate women to avoid those traits and fear Allah. The entire Hadith also states, "There will be more women in Paradise than men." The Hadith about when the Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) said, "Had I made it lawful for anyone to prostrate to anyone other than Allah, I would have women prostrate in Sujood to their husbands." But, it really just is to emphasize the importance of obeying the husband. During the days of the Prophet Muhammed (peace and blessings be upon him), the people all strove to be the best of the best.
