Great vid - you're so right, MISA playing the root is pure power. To me it sounds like taking a steel hammer to a properly tuned C2 string of baby grand piano! Also, Miku has just gotten so proficient in her playing, love when they have her double up MISA, then suddenly MISA or Miku spin that off, then come back together again. SO GOOD. But overall, love that this song is designed to spotlight Saiki, which of course she nails - but this also makes sense, since this is a official anime end theme, those usually want the vocals to be the star front and center, and this mix feels like it's designed to put her more out front of everyone else than usual.

Once in a while BAND-MAID create these songs thats just melts you mind, and this is one them

dunno if I mentioned on yer channel, but me & GF went to Japan last month for 10 days! We got to see both Band Maid & The Warning together in Tokyo! Both bands played our fave songs. Then they brought The Warning back out for final song where both bands played on the live debut of their song collab! Best concert ever! dbl ♥

It just makes it sound full and allows both Kanami and MISA to do what they do best. This may be the last video for this PRS for Kanami. When they started the Hall tours a few weeks ago, she showed off her brand spanking new PRS Private Stock guitar. From the few pictures coming out, it looks amazing. Grendizer was popular in the 70s. I remember the original and the show is still popular in Arabic countries and, obviously France. I've seen the video uploaded on the anime company already had over 800k a while ago.

I always write it out Sigh-Key. lol

So I had seen in one place that, while the video is recent, the song was recorded a couple years back at the same time as Sense/Corallium/Hibana. It would make sense as both the production and song melodic elements feel similar. I guess the show got delayed, which also delayed the song's release. It would be great if someone can either confirm or deny that timeline.

Video almost certainly not that old. They are wearing their latest costumes, that premiered at the 10th Anniversary Concert last November.

When a Band Maid song that didn't turn me on at the first hearing, but seems to grow at every next hearing, I know a BM classic is well on its way.

Great react, The anime was called in America and Canada Goldorak, the older probably remember it. The first release was in the mid of the 70's. One of the first japanese anime that have been popular on the america. I'm waiting this remake (if it is ) since a long time.

I imagine Miku got the Ooh La La from touring in France?

This is the second time I listen to this song. Its complicated. It has vibes of both Black Hole and Warning. Just chugging on in many directions. After some listening I love Black Hole but Warning is not my favorite. Have to listen to this some more times to see what happens.

I love Band Maid. But they should really not do so much of this anime stuff. Thid sound so much anime and a bit generic and not so much Band Maid. I really don't like this song. But I like your reaction. And that you are honest and really desrbes what you feel about the song🙂👍

It's probably a cultural difference, as doing a song for an Anime is a a good thing in Japan. It's like if your band was on a major US talk show in the US, UK, or European country. A lot of bands do Anime songs, especially if their record label has relationship or produces anime like Pony Canyon does. So asking them not to do anime, is like asking them not to do talk shows. The song also may have some variations from the bands sound, as they will fit for the anime.

@@moscatodasti1 Yeah i absolutely understand why they are doing it. And of cource they get a lot of money and many people that haven't heard the band can discover them. So I absolutely understand it. But personally i do not this song. You do not have to like everything even if you think the Band is fantastic😀👍

@@moscatodasti1 Yeah! It eas just my personal feeling about the song. And I only speak for myself. Even if i don't like the song i clerly see that many people really like it. And actually, a Bamd should do exactly what they feel like. I just personally would like to see them doing more different things. And i absolutely love that they are doing many collaborations with other bands now👍
