Music is incredibly spiritual and can invite dark spirits in as well as keep them at bay. I'm a Christian and I actually did only listen to "Christian" artists. I'd always had a deep attachment to music. But 10 years ago, God called me to surrender it to Him completely. I was only able to do this because I had come to the point where I truly loved Him most of all and I believed that everything we surrender to Him would be replaced by something even better. So I gave up all music for an entire year. And I didn't miss it... Instead, I actually began to feel a sense of freedom and my depression fell off of me like broken chains. I began to realize that even "Christian" music can lead to bondage. If the artists are carrying a spirit of depression, what are they conveying through their music? Music is like a spiritual language where our heart can convey things beyond words; it's so powerful. After this music "fast", my spiritual discernment was heightened and I could instantly sense the spirit behind any music and clearly see the effects it had on others. And I was no longer a slave to my music. It's hard to explain, but I can now enjoy music purely without being mastered by it. I suppose a simple example of this would be that if God called me to give up a song or artist, etc., I could do so instantly without feeling any pull or attachment to the song or artist. Okay, long comment over. Thanks for the video and God bless!

Rather if I listen to music that’s angry and hateful that affects my mood and my day as well. I’d say definitely listen to more positive songs with positive affirmations as well. yeah this blessed me. A personal revelation that I got from the Lord while being brought to this video was that I need to go on a 1 year detox from Unclean secular music. Unclean music that has hidden agenda's in it has been what I've been listening to for years on end now. Whenever I'm trying to escape a feeling I turn on some really practically demonic "yeat" or seggsual "the weeknd" or corrupt "travis scott" songs and I'm not saying whoever is reading this should stop listening to those specific artists or anything. I'm just sharing that In my spirit I always go to different artists sharing bad messages as a form of coping with my feelings INSTEAD of turning to God to let him heal me & prosper me. I notice that this chase I have for ungodly music has a strong hold on me. I have listened to music every single day for the past 3-5 years non stop. No jokes. & I think it's time to let God have a strong hold on me & not the ungodly music. Thank you brother

Powerful! No need to sugarcoat the message, those artist are evil and spread evil as seen in their lyrics. I feel the same way as I too have struggled with listening to music that is secular and not the best messaging as those you describe. This past few weeks, I have strictly been listening to music that praises the Lord and it has drastically changed me. I am planning like you to go full year with listening to worship music and get rid of secular music for good 🙏🏿 keep on fighting the good fight and keep those standards high. May G*d continue to Bless you on your journey … I also have a great playlist of music that praises Christ if you want it as well

Reminds me of something I learned. So, before I was saved, I started getting into witchcraft. I found this channel created by a witch, but the thing is, she believed in God, alongside other ‘gods’ as well. She had a relationship with them. In one of the videos, she talked about her relationship with the gods, and she talked about how one of them loved the song Take It Of by Ke$ha. If you read the lyrics, it talks about what honestly seems to be an orgie of some kind, getting drunk and taking off your clothes, so what you said in this video about the spirits running when good music is played, what happens with the opposite music makes sense. I always remember that to remind myself HOW important it truly is to select your music carefully, any other forms of entertainment really. I still mess up, but I try. I hope this can help whoever is reading this remember too, because God gave us rules to protect us

So true. My attachment to music as a source of immediate comfort during times of despair took me to dark places. There are songs out there that take advantage of your vulnerable state to make you feel like it’s okay to be sad and low spirited. There’s so much that can be said about this topic but I would just say this: Listen to songs that progressively lift your spirit, the ones that gradually take you out of the darkness.

My dad tossed out my CDs when i was 15. Probably good for me but i wish he would have communicated better. I had been abused as a kid and he never got to find out about it. I was really mad about the albums. Back then you couldnt download music and we were very rural. When they were gone it was the last time i could listen to the music. It was my behavior that caused him to get aggressive. I had a Tool album with a song called Prison se x on it and he really couldnt understand why anyone would make something like that. Now adays i have grown up to see that this stuff was trying to keep me down. Although i didnt know it i was trapped in SO much shame and pain, and all the artists i was listening to have since come out publicly as having been sodomized. Freaking blows my mind. Sometimes i wish i had just died then. Anyway... confirming in what you are feeling, bro. There is emotional music and then there is stuff like Tool that i used to love but can not even get close to without feeling serious junk. Good luck in your ministry towards folks

I was in a relationship with a woman who convinced herself that I was no good by her listening to the song called The Chain by Fleetwood Mac, at the time I did not know that it was this song, but this song that she listened to convinced her; it made her do as the man did to the woman in the song without her realizing, because she's of the mindset that only women can be victims, nevertheless I was placed in the role of the woman within that song, and on the night that she cut contact I had a demonic encounter which tried to make me lose my faith in Jesus Christ, but I stayed strong and I'm still alive today. Again, I didn't know what the song was at the time, but by prayer and by the supplication of another believer; I was not only able to identify the song, the name of the demon, but also information regarding when I'll see her again, now granted; you have every right to disbelieve me, I couldn't believe myself when I was going through all of this, I thought I was crazy, yet it all happened and yet I'm still standing. The woman herself was very much like Saul, and I myself am very much like David, there are actually a lot of parallels between various biblical stories with all that happened between me and her, perhaps because important people in our lives will reflect other stories that we know, nevertheless I feel this is important to note.

Lucifer was the chief musician before being thrown out of heaven. Music is powerful and that is why Lucifer still uses music today and you can very much see his influence in the music industry. When I gave my life God totally took away my desire to listen to secular music because of its demonic influence. Now I only ever listen to worship music - God made us to worship Him... He is enthroned in our praises! Music affects the atmosphere around us - worship towards the One True God makes demons flee, other music often attracts demons. So be very very discerning about what you listen to!

That’s how the fallen spirits can re-enter your life. Just passing along my own experience. Music and art in general are HIGHLY spiritual things. I agree. I feel that music is a key to unlocking the secrets of life. I feel that God is like a big song and art and poem all into one huge multiverse of love. I like to listen to music that makes me feel really good and when i listen to music.. it feels like the artist is comminicating through his soul - vibrations of what they are feeling.. telepathically through sound. Check out how prayer affects water crystalization, there is a japanese scientist that showed how much our emotions and sound impacts water. Also cymatics is very cool, how sound makes shapes. Music unites.. its powerful and its gods gift. These evil industries try to push negative narratives like breaking up with partners, murder, adultery, and stuff.. but there are also songs that push good messages. Check out the song "Limitless" by Charles The First

I’m glad it was the right video at the right time. Blessings your way!❤️
yeah this blessed me.

May G*d continue to Bless you on your journey … I also have a great playlist of music that praises Christ if you want it as well
Yes God Bless this Young Man.

I hope this can help whoever is reading this remember too, because God gave us rules to protect us
Hi 👋 im my sixties in age. I love music. I own a large collection of different music genres. It's very rare for me not to be listening to something. Music has brought me out of depression. It has lifted me. It's also been a comfort when I'm stressed. I haven't ever felt anything demonic or sinister when listening to music.
As an artist, making the sad music makes me feel better sometimes but you’re definitely right. I think we can just all agree music is beautiful

Music is definitely spiritual because it impacts your subconscious and energy field. What you feed your eyes and ears can influence your destination.
Keep preaching the gospel! I know it can be really hard when someone leaves comments like blah blah blah, but you’re doing a good Job in doing what the Lord wants and that’s the most important! Good message ❤

Had this thought just 2 days ago. I was listening to sad music all throughout my school day cuz I like sad music then wonder why I'm sad for no reason when I get home. Not wanting to get up from my bed or do anything. I do think vibrations play a big roll in the spiritual realm. Definitely do believe u can invite spirits, good or bad, through music.

I've been exploring the idea of music and worship. Appreciate this. I liked a song recently called "Bright Sadness" by Sleeping at Last. It feels like a marriage musically of Joy/Sadness.

Yeah.
This is true. If you have been delivered from spirits do not listen to the same music you listened to before you were delivered. Music opens sound portals, sounds doors and gates. That’s how the fallen spirits can re-enter your life. Just passing along my own experience. Music and art in general are HIGHLY spiritual things. It is why the entertainment industry is such a focus of the fallen. People do not understand just how POWERFUL music and art is. Guard yourself.

Afraid to watch it yet due to my mental sensitivities (a bit mentally ill) and likely afraid of my own judgement, but music definitely has a strange betwixment to it nowadays! Sometimes a song can make me sick to hear! The way they talk about Jesus now over dark beats twice darkened (listen to how sonically intense these new beats are) and it feels like darkness is happening on the track when i hear it! I hate it!

It does absolutely impact us. Also, I’m saying you don’t have to strictly listen to Crowder or Hillsong. I don’t strictly listen to those. That doesn’t mean the other music I listen to is degrading, though. There are secular songs that aren’t evil.
