Lol we have actual buckets in the shop. For this lab a full bucket wouldn't fit, at least not in gowing. And mop buckets are harder to clean all the nooks. I also really like the mops I'm using with the wringer built in because you can really manipulate and shake off all the particles well. And launder them when dirty.

It's really refreshing to hear someone else with a similar perspective on UVC use, especially pertaining to ozone generation. We used to use these AiroClean420 units(made for cannabis) in the lab, but I stopped using them because I am weary of ozone generation. They scrub air through a series of bulb assemblies. Its unfortunate that I'm so scared of using UVC in general, because its really an awesome tool despite the risks... Killer setup by the way. That is a bad ass fucking autoclave, no other way to put it.

When I was a kid my mom took me to the "new age expo" in LA. There were people there inhaling ozone directly out of corona discharge machines.

This is the spawn lab, where everything is pressure cooked. We still use the bubbas sterilizers in sawdust lab. We have two now, a 110gal and a nee 130gal. Both with baskets. We do 100 10lb bag batches. This autoclave is a 2x3x4 and fits 120 6lb bags of grain.

This is a great setup, how do you replace the pre filters on the flowhoods? Do you have to fully dismount the wall panels to access the back?

The panels under the tables open up and I can stand up inside the wall and service them, then clean back there on my way out.

Hey, I see that you're only using mushroom bags. In some earlier videos, I saw that you were thinking about using bottles. Is there a reason why you chose to go one route over the other?

Our power is around .14 per kwh and my bill runs around $300-800 per month for the 3k sq ft total farm. I have a 200A panel maxxed out with breakers and 2 sub panels off it almost maxed out.
