Great video. I teach functional Yoga and I use these concepts with the Seniors. I call it "getting out of a chair pose " Many years ago I quit a practice that I had been doing for 8 years because I felt it was too fast. Once I slowed everything down I was amazed. I have also introduced static contraction weight machines, which is isometrics with weights into my own practice , and am thrilled at the results with little time invested. I am looking forward to viewing all of your videos and am sure I will use some of your moves in my teaching. Thanks
