In this episode Dr Ogden boarded the train and moved to Buffalo. This alternate happy-ending scene was probably filmed in the event the series was cancelled.
Still after all these years and after all the facts I know they'll be married etc. I still feel such a strong emotions, happy feelings, nearly crying, that they could be together since that moment... ❤️
Oh my God this is so good why would they delete that
It is NOT that many shows when we really want the couple to get together but in this show it took toooooooooooooo long. Coz the characters are so perfect for each other
Happily they got married in the end anyways!👍🇨🇦☘️⚜️
Hmmm. I remember this scene. I dont think it was removed - unless Netflix has the full versions.

Was deleted on Netflix
City TV had cancelled the series and CBS picked it up, so they didn’t use the happy ending.

Why didn't they use thìs happy ending? It was much better!! I would appreciate more, then for me the authors complicated things between Murdoch and dr. Ogden and their reations became unbelivable... Jilliam love story became too frustrating... Why William didn't take the first train to Buffalo? Too many kilometers? Why was he so much in love but unable to write love letters? ( They had already invented them in Canada, didn't they?) Instead of fixing the ceiling of his room he could have get a move! But the worst was when finally (after months?) William succeded in writing a letter to Julia... and then what did he do? He spoke only about a murder case... and last but not least, he signed it with "BEST REGARDS" !!!! 🙄 ( instead of "with all my love" as he was thinking and feeling). But what kind of problems does he have? 😍 Anyway I am a great fan of Murdoch Mysteries and never get tired of watching it. I like detective stories and I love Jilliam couple, 💘so I was delighted to know that they are now married and I am looking forward to baby Murdoch!!!!!🤞
