Oh my word I cried throughout this whole video! Why can’t these people let these two be happy!!!!! They gave up so much for Roland and to try to have a baby! Give them A million babies please!!!!

I've been watching Murdock since day one and I am moved to tears as Det Murdock and Julia give their son to his real Father ..I am hoping that they will have the opportunity to be parents again..their is so much love spilling over tears

I just loved the scenes where Murdoch was talking out loud to Roland as he worked out his cases while Roland just sat there in his bouncer.

The scene where Murdock brings Roland to his father was the saddest thing I have ever seen. I was crying before he reached the front porch. But it was a testimony to William and Julia and their ethics, and belief in doing the right thing. Hard on the heart though :( And the baby/babies that play Roland are as cute as can be.

Something I wish they would have done is Roland's true father making William and Julia his godparents. It didn't have to happen right in that episode, but they could have brought him around a little later on with his father so he could show his appreciation. At the very least they could still be apart of his life even if they weren't supposed to be his parents.

I just loved baby Roland.

I knew all along why I kept myself from watching your videos - they're too perfect and make me emotional. Now I cought up with some of them and after a long battle I decided to watch this one too. It made my cry, just as I suspected, but it also made me smile. Thank you for the videos - you're the best!

At around 2 minutes what a gorgeous toothy grin from the baby :) how can evil people harm babies (just read a case in the news about one killed by supposed parents. I ended up smiling like a Cheshire cat at the baby x

Hey Honey, this is my favorite video yet! I love the Somewhere in Time music and I love Roland. Rather than calling Peter Mitchell the "show runner" I think he should be called "Fan Torturer." Does everything have to be a tragedy with him and the writers? The scenes with that baby were by far my favorite. We want Roland back!!!!!

Julia had an abortion & it made her unable to have children hence why they have to adopt.

I don't think them having a baby suits the show. It would make a perfect show finale though (hopefully there's many years left!!)

Thank you for posting this. Americans depend on your episodes posts. They (the episodes not some Americans) are often out of order. I was anxious to see the Roland story line. Having adopted children I had a difficult time with the ending.

Thank you Techtra. Those are songs that I already know, I have not had to look for them. Somewhere in Time is one of my favorite movies and I know and I love the work of Y Tiersen. The difficulty is to find the music that best suits to go with the images and create emotion.:)

They need to have their own child soon, after the heartbreak of loosing Roland and Julia being unable to bear children, they deserve a child, they want one so bad. And is it just me or does the baby who plays Roland look like Yannick?
