If they didn't sue they might as well close the business. Also the price of fox Corporation has been going down on the stock exchange since February 17th. If they lose this case they'll try to negotiate a lower settlement and Dominion will probably accept just to get the money and to forget about this case. If I were Dominion part of the settlement reduction if Fox asks for it would be the condition of no appeal on the settlement. I know once Fox loses in court and is told they must pay Dominion Fox will say it's too much and want to renegotiate this settlement.

Seth Meyers said it best - DeSantis’ book is available where books are legal.

In terms of its impact, I'm struggling to think of a greater "crime" (act of treachery) against America, in modern times... Bear that in mind when it comes to the "sentence"

Instead of trying to start a war to boost ratings by a fictional character in a Bond movie., We actually end up with something just as bad and maybe even worse, a media mogul , with a company willing to start, and support conspiracy theory about stolen election, just to boost the ratings, while at the same time publicly calling the results in Arizona correctly, but at the same time , getting people stirred up to the point they actually went to the u.s. capital building based on a disinformation campaign they actually supported in public to a certain extent, while privately realizing they opened up a hornet's nest and couldn't put the lid back on the box by Rupert Murdoch's own admission, as part of the official deposition, his company is trying to play both sides for ratings. "It's not about red ,it's not about blue.. it's green" It was never about the truth, or the end results on election night It was about keeping the pot stirred the audience angry...... For ratings, for money, and nothing else The new motto of Fox News should be "where truth goes to die, right after this commercial break"

Disney benefits too much from their biggest, most extravagant theme park in the world. I don't think they'd do it. Now, Disney funneling huge amounts of money into the election for the purpose of destroying DeSatan is another story!
