Yeah it’s crazy to think about but so true. However we actually never had problems and got apartments super fast. Lucky I guess 😊😊

@Mia Eklund yeah lucky and also one of you is Bavarian 😅 for us it was a bit harder, both Ausländer plus two cats.. but we were then in the end lucky with our current apartment when we really needed it 😁

This is an amazing video, thank you! My boyfriend and I are moving to Munich from Canada this September! I will be moving for school and he will be moving for work. Do you have any tips on finding accommodation (ideally a WG) as a couple? Thank you so much! :)

Thanks 😊 I hope your move goes smoothly. I personally have never lived in a wg so I can’t tell you anything from my experience but I know my friends always found something through the websites I mentioned. Knowing someone or personal connections always helps too but it’s hard when you’re new in the city.

probably. Although Munich market seems to be the most competitive one in Germany.
