I love the way Munche's pupils change size as he realises what he'll need to deal with at 5:55 .

This scene was so intense for me because I thought I was gonna get the bad ending. I was like "Oh shit, is he gonna do it?" I loved this ending.

Pretty much Munch is the last surviving Gabbit on Oddworld save of a can of Gabbiar (cleverly named Gabbit eggs). So Abe teams up with Munch to rescue Fuzzles and Muddokons from Sligs, Vykkers, Glukkons, and the other evils of Oddworld on their way to saving the last can of Gabbiar.

No, Oddworld Inhabitance is turning into a movie studio. The movie they are working on is called Citizen Siege, and it is not based on Oddworld. They could have changed their mind about all of it since the last time they updated their website though (2006)... or the company could have died.

As far as I know, the perfect ending is the same as the good ending. The only difference is a bonus newspaper.

The bad ending was morbid af. So yes, this game is hella scary and should be rated M.

This was written way before Futurama had even begun.

At first, I thought Munch's Oddysee was a side scroller.

@SilentFuzzle I got the extra newspaper when I got regular angelic quarma. I think for perfect quarma, you get something special. Since the previous games showed you concept art, I can assume that is what you get when you get the perfect ending.

Yeah, they didn't really seem to know how to make puzzles in 3D. At least they improved in that aspect in Stranger's Wrath.

Now we get your Gabbiar.

@Runemage1000 It is hard to imagine what would happen if you got the neutral ending. Maybe that is what happens when you save all the Fuzzles but not the Mudokons. It makes sense because there won't be any Fuzzles to beat you up. At the same time, you won't have saved enough to get the good ending. I'll try to look it up.

@Runemage1000 I looked it up and there are 5 endings. This list is ordered from 1 (the worst) to 5 (the best): 1. Black. 2. Bad. 3. Neutral. 4. Good. 5. Angelic. Theres not much of a difference between the neutral and good ending. The only difference is that the shaman tells you that you left a lot of Mudokons behind and gives you the option to restart from the beginning.

@Gunbarrelguru And if this were a movie, they should have an option on the DVD that allows you to make choices as you watch the movie (like on the Final Destination 4 DVD), and then at the end, you get to watch the good or the bad ending depending on your choices. Ooo.

They really ought to release a collection with all 4 current games for PS3 and 360 so people can get caught up on the story once that new game finally starts rolling around.

@boredperzon It is based on the way you play it. If you don't save enough fuzzles and mudokens, you get the bad ending.

You save most of the fuzzles, muddokons, and muddokon eggs.

Stranger's Wrath was released after this though technically it wasn't part of the "Oddworld Quintology." Since then the company has somewhat dissolved in the hopes of becoming a company more focused on making CG movies.

He...hehehehee! If you're talking about the glukkons, they do have arms. They actually have very small legs, and they walk on their hands which they hide in big purple and green suits.

The Sound is like a Piano

The last Oddworld game that was made was Oddworld Stranger's Wrath. And If I recall, it was released in 2005. But since then, no there haven't been any new oddworld games. Which I'm really annoyed about. One of the most unique series I've seen.

@Runemage1000 An update to my list. I heard that the black quarma ending doesn't exist. But you can try and see for your self if it does/doesn't. I don't think you get any cutscenes in the neutral ending either, it just asks you and if you say yes, you start on the 3rd level of the game. If you say no, you just see credits without any cutscene. I'm not sure though. You may get a cutscene.

There were moments in the previous games where they swear. The Biggest they say is bastard.

There planning on making a game called the oddbox for pc which contains all the oddworld games including the ones that weren't released on pc eg. Munched odyssey strangers wrath.

Yeah, I didn't really think Oddworld Inhabitants knew how to make good 3D puzzles at this point. I found the originals much more challenging and fun.

strangers wrath is a wicked game with a really good storyline but is very different from the other 3 games as it is a shooter game

all you have to do is save a bunch of fuzzles and them weird looking people

Best game ever made.

Its been over ten years since i played the game. I was about to finish it but my Xbox broke and never saw the ending. Now i get to see everything turned out OK.

There's only 2 endings. But I've been thinking about what it would be like if they added a neutral ending.

It was until Oddworld Inhabitance decided to take a break with Stranger's Wrath. Then, the company moved onto the movie industry.

They should be making an Oddworld movie! Oddworld was supposed to be a movie in the first place. Now that Oddworld Inhabitance has the funds to make CGI movies, they're making something completely different though, something has nothing to do with Oddworld at all. Of course, they haven't updated the official website in about two years, so I have no idea what the hell they're doing. There's been rumors floating around that they are working on an Oddworld movie right now.

I almost (keyword: ALMOST) feel bad for Lulu, he went from the bottom too the top and then straight past the bottom too the most lowest place a glukket can get too.(he is begging for money, and a glukket rather sell majority of his intestacies then too beg for cash). Also i love the ending, Abe don't want too lose his buddy Munch.

You know, while Munch's Odysee didn't have the best gameplay the cinematics and humour still makes me cherish the time I spent playing it. Can't wait to see Citizen Siege and this new game of theirs.

He's probably homless after spending his fortune on gabbiar. So it must not be hard for Munch & Abe to steel it from Lulu when he's asleep. Or, Abe could possed him & make him give Munch or Abe the gabbiar.

my lil' brother saved all the mudokens in abe's exoddus when he was 5...

@SpyroTheDragon96 If Oddworld Inhabitants ever gets to see Citizen Siege FINISHED, yes, it will no doubt be an awesome film created by Oddworld Inhabitants. It'll have nothing to do with the Oddworld universe though.

the fuzzles must be pretty damn smart to rig all those explosives...then again they had munchs help..who isnt the smartest cookie ever, but meh
