It’s worse for men in the fact that so many men are victims of paternity fraud. Men don’t have the certainty that women do because they don’t get pregnant. He isnt her step father he is her legal father. He signed the birth certificate. If he packed up his stuff and left the lady that day he'd be on child support not the biological dad.

He can. Just like the mother can. He can go to court but it means he has to prove him being there would improve the child's life not destabilise it. Not as easy as it seems when it means breaking into the marriage. Unless the guy that is the legal father cooperates.

The judge will see clearly that this man would have been there to sign the birth certificate if he was able. They took advantage of his condition...which would is straight up and down conniving.

We are talking about what the judge in this show did and why she did it. If the mother wants the money she gets paid to be on the show, she does what they tell her to do. The reason she demanded he see the baby in the court room was because of the long battle he would face when they returned home. I'm sorry did you think this show was a real court room and that Lauren Lake was a real judge?

I don't trust the woman either. She lied the whole time, and she tried everything to keep her daughter away from her biological dad. Her biological dad has all the right to raise her and keep her away from her mom.

I'm just glad that they took the advice and started including the results. Coz why get invested in the story if u can see the ending. Good job Pat Court ✌🏻

That 3rd case...these were THE OLDEST young people I have seen in a while. That husband was 27 looking like he is every bit of 47. The mom looks 20 years older. The guy 22 is the only one with an excuse since he was in a coma. And then to deny that young man the right to see his daughter for 2 YEARS!!! Both of them should be ashamed. She was dating a TEENAGER at the time what else was he supposed to be thinking besides himself???Good grief!!😳

Yep and the mom knew he was her father. She just wanted to continue playing house with her husband since they reconciled. She figured they could just push the other guy out of the picture and continue life with her husband as the father. Same thing happeded to my cousin, except with him the mom didn't even tell him and tried to move to hide the pregnancy from him. He found out through mutual friends. People like that sicken me.

For the last story, honestly as first when the daddy said “I’m gonna fight for full custody” I was like okay that’s a bit extreme, you need to have an agreement where you both have at least 50-50 custody but when she said she cheated her own baby out of her biological father because she was afraid of her own consequences and that the literal proven father of the child “will never see “my” child” I was 100% on his side and now I DO hope he gets full custody because that woman puts on a good show but at the end of the day she was here for her own selfish reasons and her poor innocent baby had to suffer for it. She should be ashamed of herself.

So happy the judge laid it down. Amen, i felt that. reminds this woman it might be a show but its also a court of law.

It's a situation like that where I live. Two boys who went to school together had the same name and both was in the same grade, also played football in middle and high school. Soon they found out they had the same father, different moms. This man has kids everywhere in this city....
