That last case had me in tears. The way the young woman says “I’m sorry” with a smile on her face when the judge asks if she has anything to say is so disturbing. Gives me sociopath vibes. And not one tear from her either.

You guys with high emotions think everyone should feel and act the same. It creates fake. I rather she be who she was without faking tears. I say this because, I am a person with low empathy, but I'm no killer or social path, unless you push me! Please, see it from people on my side of the spectrum. We might not feel like the rest of you but wouldn't you rather we be real than fake with our emotion?! 🤔

@MusicpillbyGG in Russia, it doesn't matter who the father in your birth certificate is. Yes, father needs to take care of his baby, BUT if DNA test shows he isn't a biological father, he will be able to legally refuse to pay money to that child. For example, married couple, everything is fine, love and other stuff, so how can a man refuse to sign a birth certificate? He thinks it's his child and has no doubts about it. To refuse to sign is to say I'M NOT SURE YOU ARE LOYAL to his wife. Only a real biological father must pay child support in Russia. This is what I call fair

At least when you're married, the husband automatically has his rights in place and if he happens to pass away like in some of these cases, mechanisms are in place for the family to be taken care of. When you're not married, nothing is place, it's like two strangers and you have to jump through hoops to prove everything. I love Judge Lauren, but just cause a woman hangs out with a man does not mean she cheated. Most woman who cheat and come to paternity court admit to cheating they don’t lie. So if a woman says she hung out with a man but did not sleep with him, that’s not a basis for the family to be justified in rejecting a child. When a woman hangs out with a man, it does not mean she’s a liar or a cheater and it’s not Basis enough for people to deny paternity. Especially when they’re not known to be liars.

  • @honestyisadyingvirtue

Fact is you never know. Some women will be adamant to the very end that they know who they're babies dads are and that they've never slept around. That it'll have you believing them, only to get the results back proving her a liar. All men have a right to know for sure if they're the father, valid reasoning or not. You just cant go off of someone's words, sorry. Put yourself in a mans shoes. Idk why women get upset when a man needs the truth but if the tables were turned bet they'd want verification before signing their time, money and more away to invest in someone else. Sure a woman can hang out with a guy without sleeping with him, but like it or not, that's reasonable doubt all day long. Don't want to be questioned? Don't do ish that'll cause others to rightfully question it. Take responsibility.

Lady come on the mom didn't show up why because she distraught of the whole thing which means she doesn't like the baby mother or she doesn't want to give up the money the aunt even said herself she didn't believe her nephew was her nephew. The no show with the mother was like I said either hate or mad from loss of money plus the mother and daughter making up stories to paint a different picture about the baby mother

Omg yall always acting like men or their families, don't have a right to know if that's his child, reasonable doubt or not. Every man has a right to know the truth, and if he's gone and his family is gonna step up, they have every right to know, too. Flip the tables, and i bet you'd want undeniable proof before investing time, money, emotions, and care into someone you're not sure of. Like it or not, there was reasonable doubt. No one knows for sure, and a womans word isn't good enough when we're talking about real-life consequences here. We've seen women on here lie until the very end, hoping the odds are in their favor, and when its not, they act so shocked. Wanting to be sure, especially if the dad did express doubt, doesn't make them two faced. They needed to know and got their answer. There is some truly messed up people on here, this aunt and grandma, aren't it.
