This video helped me have the guts to report sexual harassment in my workplace. Since then 30 more women have come forwards about the same manager. A skirt is not an invitation, neither is my uniform.

Some say women judge unfairly and that not all men are like that and I agree not all men are like that, but if it’s dark at night or we’re walking home alone and a Man shows up we don’t know which type of Man you are so we assume the worst so we’re not caught off guard.

Some guys say things like "Not all guys are like that" or "Guys also get harassed" yes we are aware that not all guys are like this but there are too many guys who do this which isn't okay. We also know that guys also get harassed that shouldn't be happening either but the reason why girls being harassed are more talked about is because girls are most likely to be touched or looked at weirdly and there also also some videos or people online talking about how guys being harassed should stop but this video is about girls being groped or touched by leading to more comments about this. I really hope that no one experiences this.

Then they say "NoT AlL BoYs" Well, we don't have time to see if there not bad when we are walking in the dark and someone is following us.

I hate how much this stuff still happens! I had some boys make some very disturbing comments to me on the bus the other day and it made me very uncomfortable. When I got home and told my parents, they said it was my fault because my shirt was too tight and people are going to talk. WHY IS THAT EVEN A THING?! I should be able to go to the fricken bulk barn without dealing with people like them. This video made me realize how far we still have to come as a society and how messed up this all still is.

I, for one, am sick and tired of hearing men excuse other men's bad behavior. Comments like, "men are dogs" or "that's just a guy for you" or "he's just being a guy" and many more like this. Since when, as a society, did we start accepting really crappy men as the norm.

Watching this I just realized something.

Since 11 years of age I've been really concerned about myself. There were many men that stared and just imagine an 11 year old girl having to wear layers of clothing just to avoid it. I still remember one day I was wearing knee length shorts and was at the shop with my mother and a full as grown men was staring at me continuously. Now when I'm 13 I've decided to take charge of myself and wear whatever I want. But still... At home ... It's okay but when I go out I get stares. For this reason I never wore shorts outside of home. My dad buys me the longest skirt for my school uniform. It pisses me off. Whenever I try to oppose or say anything about it. They say that we just want to keep you safe because the world isn't...

Been seeing the group of girls comforting their friend, made me feel so nice. And then seeing them tear that guys house to shreds, made me want to sing

Since I was younger, the group of boys who went grade to grade with me would act like we should be scared of them,one day at recess line up I was chocked at recess and then punched and hair pulled, by a boy at recess, yet he wasn't punished until my mother threatened to call the police because it was classified as assault or whatever it is called (sorry I do not know what its called) And all those boys tried to show we should be afraid but since I was little and still now I am not afraid of any boy or man who is coming at me aggressively and we shouldn't be no one should, A women killed a hit man that was supposed to kill her, she didn't surrender and she is still alive.

Womens history day needs to be a month not just a day
