Boys will be boys but girls will be women | Multifemale (TW)

I'M BACK!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR 200K SUBSCRIBERS!!!!
I wouldn't be here without your support and i'm very grateful that you like my edits and wait for a new edit everytime. It really makes me happy!
I had planned to make a 200k special edit but i had some personal problems and i had no inspiration. I usually come up with something eventually but this time i had nothing in my mind. It made me really frustrated and i felt pressure since i wanted to give you guys a good edit. But suddenly i got the inspiration and made this edit, i'm very proud of it and the song has a really great message. We see this type of behaviour in men in many kdramas and it's disgusting. As a woman, i really wanted to show what us girls go through. I hope you guys like this edit!
(If any of you are wondering why i deleted my twitter, it's because i got logged out all the time and someone hacked it. I decided to quickly delete it and will keep it like that for a while i think)

Thank you so much for the support on this edit. I’ve seen some comments saying that they are disappointed that the girls aren’t fighting back and at first I had planned to have more fighting back scenes but then I thought, I wanted to show how reality looks like. Hope you guys understand my intention❤️

I’ve been sexually harassed quite a few times. Too many times. It doesn’t matter if it’s not all men. It’s enough. One girl crying on the bathroom floor for hours is “enough”. One man who gets away with it and never has to see the repercussions for hurting someone that badly is “enough”. No person has the right to tell someone “ it’s not all men”. In my school, there was this one guy who would leer at me everytime I walked past him and loudly announce that he'd give me a chance even though I was flat-chested. I complained about it but everyone just said that he just didn't know how to tell me he liked me. I knew that it wasn't that he liked me, he just got off on being able to say such things without anyone rebuking him. So if no one was going to tell him off, I would. One day he said it to me and I said that my boobs could be fixed with a pushup bra, but there's no fix for being a loser who has to call out to girls to get some attention. You should have seen all his friends fall quiet. Some were clearly incredulous that a girl talked back, some looked ashamed, some pretended they didn't hear. The guy himself was shocked and stuttering with rage. Goddamn it felt good to shut them all up. I wish all girls could do that but we can't always because of fear of violence and society's judgement. Even so, when I feel cowed or afraid, I just think of that moment. I don't care how bitchy they said I was, or how many tables I had to scrub during detention as punishment. Guys like that have never experienced a girl having agency. And personally, I don't think I could see myself in the same way if I let something like that go. I wish we lived in a world where we could speak up for ourselves without fear, or better yet, a world where such harassment didn't exist.

This happened in a school setting, where I was relatively protected, and I didn't have to fear violence from those guys. If it happened in a dark alley or crowded bar I might not have done the same. But to my horror it was saying don't run with earbuds in - you can't hear someone come up behind you. Don't wear revealing clothing. Run with a MALE companion or a dog. Change your route every time you go out. Cary an alarm or pepper spray with you at all times. If someone asks for directions say no and walk away. Let someone know where you are all times. At ten years old this did not sit right with me - it still doesn't.

Tbh kdramas are misogynistic even without the creepy flashing weirdos that appear in some of them. The lead guy is usually the worst of them all. The second lead is usually kinder and more gentlemanly but gets friendzoned. The arm grabbing when she doesn’t want to talk, the overbearing “jealousy” that happens when the lead and the poor girl begin to date, the lead telling her to wear different, more conservative clothes because he doesn’t want other guys looking at her legs, etc is what made me stop watching kdramas years ago. I started to think this was romantic and started wanting this in relationships. Only then did I see that this isn’t sweet at all. I know it’s all fictional, but it makes you rethink what romance should be like.

I think a part of that also lies behind how Asian countries treat woman. Its a bit more sexist, especially in regards to woman's clothes. Assault is common in some places (Japan is notorious for that) when woman wear skirts and are groped in busy trains or photos are taken beneath their skirts. Showing a lot of skin can be seen as being a bad thing. I don't agree with it at all but it's definitely something I've been noticing in a lot of Asian dramas in general. Same for kissing scenes where the female doesn't kiss back and just looks forced, OR when the male love interest kisses her and she tries to pull away. Makes me uncomfy.

Honestly, I had a pt but I lost it. But there's this this 1 dude tho. & He does alotta bouncies in the middle of the night... sometimes he loves hiding under the blankets & gets in his silly positions. I think he tries to look for left over snacks sometimes... Sometimes he's out in the open w/ his silly positions but he prefers "the lazy superman." Or he just plops over to his side & has no shame. Like when he uses the bathroom. He's a bit territorial & possessive but he's pretty loyal. Adventurous, fearless, suspicious & curious. He sometimes flexs his physical strength. Sometimes he stomps his feet out of aggression like some kid throwing a tantrum. But he's super loving, cuddly, affectionate, & loves attention. I love my bunny so much 😍.

Edit : there are some insecure little men in the comments so don't read if u have bad temper thanku sm. At this point this seems like the same situation when Joy, a member of Red Velvet, wore a shirt which said "feminism" and got "hate" for it 🙄🙄 These ppl can't just tolerate women being finally able to stand up for themselves, these narrow minded ppl just want them to live a scared, a life which isn't free of freedom and controlled by other ppl's point of view. If the girls want to wear short dresses and live lives freely, it's our wish! We don't stop boys from openly moving around the cities in a just underwear, do we? If the boys can live their lives up to their full extent, then why do only girls have to think sm and contemplate sm, just for a different choice of clothing and proper freedom which every citizen should have? These narrow minded ppl just come in such videos, comments the same "not all men", and then more negative comments that's it. Edit 2 : ok so I took 2 hours to go through all the comments and tried to look through this by both point of views and here's the thing, to all the dear educated gentlemen, tysm for ur maturity. I hope more ppl like y'all are there in this world. I've also been a victim of sexual harassment alot of times, even though I'm still a teenager, it's quite difficult nowadays to find women who haven't been through any teasing or smth like that. Nasty ppl exist everywhere in this world. So to all the gentlemen here in the replies or the comments, sorry but now we have trust issues. We can easily see a man as a creep, but not one as a gentleman in the current society, it's difficult. After so many incidents, it's hard to trust someone being good now. And this is also not our fault, it's the society's. There's a saying that one dirty fish pollutes the entire pond, this is exactly the issue here. Just bcoz of a few creeps we can't trust anyone to be good human atomatically now. So if u are a gentleman and reading this, ty for adding a little sense of comfort in our hearts, u ppl only make us think that there are still good ppl left in this world. And if ur still stubborn or "pissed" or angry, then just listen to the song used in this video and see the lyrics, u'll see what we go through. The song's "Boys will be boys" obv.

when you're watching a kdrama and the female lead is so brave and badass and they easily fight back and beat the guy, that's not how it is in real life. it's way scarier in real like than kdramas or movies make it to be. if you call the person out for sexually harassing you they're going to go 'it was a friendly touch' 'it was a joke' 'chill, I didn't even do anything' 'are you suspecting me?' 'are you scared of me?' 'do you not trust me' and even when they're literally sexually assaulting you they act like they're not, like it's consensual. but don't ever let them tell you that it is, because it isn't. sexual assault isn't sexual assault if consent was given. you're clearly uncomfortable, and they're not stopping. stick up for yourself. you have nothing to lose, who cares about image? you don't live for people, you live for yourself. so make your life unregrettable. don't lay on your death bed wishing you'd let out how you were sexually assaulted and couldn't say anything about it because you were too scared.

Many men think that we women are existing for them, and they think that we are aware of this and will not care about the harassment. And they think that for them we will not have privacy with our body, as if our body were an object with a written sign: I am public for men, do what you want. And to make matters worse, when women want to hit these disgraceful men, they have to think, because if they hit them, for people it will be scandal or drama. Many times women have to be accompanied by men, because that's the only way perverted men respect them, because they think we don't have enough morals to get respect from men. If you're a very wise man, and you know that every woman has her own body just like any human being, and not have bad hands along with a shitty mind...Well...you're a good man.

For both boys and girls, instead of trying to solve the problem from the surface with clothing restrictions, find the deeper cause and try to help both genders with understanding respect to each other.

Commenting from my gf's account: While it's unfair to punish girls for clothing the way they want, there's a difference between boys and girls. A girl would never wander around with her upper body naked. Boys do. Furthermore, the female body is considered to be erotic. An unwanted trait in school, an environment designed for learning. The male body is not considered erotic.

No matter how much I watch this, no matter how much I listen to this song, it never fails to make tears fall The fact that this is reality really frustrates me. No matter how much we as females stand up, due to society being so male dominated, it’s so hard But no matter what, fight. Always fight, because we can’t let them get their way We need to teach everyone from young that we are equals. That sexual harassment is not ok. That females are not objects, and that it isn’t right for us to be sexualised. No matter what comes our way, we shall fight, not stand down. If we stand down, we show weakness, so it’s time we stand up and make fellow females see that they too, can be strong!

TW: Sexual Harassment Hello! Thought I should share a story of mine here. In my freshman year of high school I was consistently harassed every day by the same guy, one time going as far as almost kissing me. Going to the class I had with him was stressful and knowing that people were seeing what he was doing but didn’t stop him made me feel like I wasn’t safe because I couldn’t even depend on people speaking up and helping me. I never reported him with the mindset that he was young and had his life ahead of him because that’s how I was taught to feel (I’d like to clarify, my parents always taught me to speak up, it was society that made me fearful). Not once was I told to think of myself. Not once was I listened to when I told him to stop. Not once did someone speak up for me and get me help. He has never apologized and I’m entering my senior year in a few months. I do not hate men, but I have a lot of trauma the streams from men and being touched, while I have a boyfriend he’s been extremely patient with me to not push any boundaries. Yes, it’s not all men who do this, but it’s almost all women who suffer. And you saying to me, and many other victims that you’re not like that doesn’t help us. Standing up helps, holding bad men accountable helps, being a good friend helps, not speaking over female victims but instead speaking with female victims helps. Stop trying to make an excuse for a portion of your gender and help us solve the problem. (Also male victims and are just as valid. Anyone can be an abuser and a victim, but the reason I am speaking about women is because that is the topic and what I relate to, thank you.) Stay safe everyone💕

This just ALL of this. Thank you, and I'm sorry you went through that. I have a fear of men because of PTSD because I went through a lot from birth until I was 20. (I'm 23 now for reference) I have a fiance and hes very patient and doesn't push boundaries either. He gets that women aren't accusing all men and he feels horrible for all the women who have been through hell and back. He is someone who always steps in when other men are harassing women. He never has been offended when someone speaks of their experience because he knows he has nothing to defend because he isn't one of them. Instead he offers a shoulder and an ear and just acts like a friend. Which I think is something all of us sorely need. For people to just act with some sympathy, Male or female, to abuse.

So let your inner artist stay inside you only! Got it... And if you really wanna draw someone ask for their permission first! this wasn’t too long ago. i was wearing a skirt. on the way home a man was following me. he asked me where i was on my way to and i tried to ignore him but he kept coming closer to me and even grabbed my shoulder. i was so fucking terrified i didn’t know what to say so i just told him i was going to the city. he was following along my way, in the bus and the train. at that point i had called my mom just so i felt somewhat safer. eventually i arrived in the city and somehow lost him so that was a relief but then later a man in a car stopped by me while i was walking to my house and honked. he yelled something towards my direction and i tried to ignore it once again but i was literally at the verge of crying. while walking a bunch of other men were staring me down and my anxiety was shooting up the roof. thank god i arrived home safely. i’m 13. p.s.: i know this isn’t the worst situation out there, but this is my story and everyone has their own

People always say that it’s a girl’s fault for wearing clothes that show her figure, but it is NOT our fault. There are men out there who are so shameless as to harass women very openly, even in closed places like what happened to that woman in the elevator. It is NOT fair, we wouldn’t have to worry about wearing that stuff much if it weren’t for that kind of men (not all men) ,of course most women are modest and don’t like to show off they’re figure too much, mostly some jeans and a shirt or something like that. They gave us insecurities about our bodies which are (our bodies) perfect just as they are, but they think that we are toys that they can have fun with and then just leave like they did nothing wrong. Of course there are many men out there who are well-taught and know what is right from wrong and know what to do if they like a girl: NOT stalk her, NOT harass her, NOT touch her unless she allows it with full will, NOT do some shady stuff, instead waits a little bit to confirm to himself that he likes her and then confesses and if rejected try his hardest to win her over by doing things that make her respect him ,not some bad stuff like what’s in the video. To me, I am never going to like anyone whom I do not respect and I think that applies to everyone.

I personally think that it all comes down to educating future generations to be respectful towards other people's boundaries. Teaching your nephews, sons, or anyone else at a young age to be nice to others, keep their hands to themselves, and to not make creepy comments towards women because it is extremely uncomfortable. And if you see it happening, please try to step in or help the girl out. I think we should also stop doing the whole "Oh, he only picks on you because he likes you", "Well, he kept looking at you because of how you dress", "If she told you no when you asked her out, keep trying! She's just playing hard to get." If a girl tells you no, immediately stop. I can understand looking at someone who wears revealing clothing, but one shouldn't do more than that.
