For those who see this, and who have depression. I feel like I should be telling you that you are beautiful and loved, and even if the world doesn't see it, someone does, someone cares. However, if your anything like me you won't believe a word of that, despite the truth in it. So I will just tell you that I believe in you. (I know you don't know me, but...). I believe that this pain you are in will end. I believe that you will find something to hold onto in this life; someone who will hold onto you. I'm helpless. I cut. It helps me breath. I'm not clinically depressed but I've got all the symptoms. I hate myself, my body, my life. Every thing. I was used, bullied, my dad doesn't care enough to call. I don't..really see the point. Thanks, yeah...for trying to encourage me. And you probably did help someone. These messages, like yours, I have written. But I'm not out of this yet. This is hell. This is me slowly wasting away. They all think I'm fine. No, no I'm not. I'm not okay. I want to go to the bathroom lock the door and cut myself all day. I'm trapped.

story of my entire life ... my own 2 ex supposed girl sis besties didn't even tell me the are engaged or personally invite me to their engagement parties like true besties would ... they didn't even know i was in the er cause of some major pain till my mom told their mom .... i hate them both and i am not sorry cause they abandoned me like everyone else did / does ... emotionally i feel nothing and it's better than feeling like shit 24/7

I wish I could get upset I’m at a stage where I have been Brocken for 4 years straight and now I’m numb I feel nothing! I hurt myself it doesn’t hurt , do something I like I don’t like it ! I just feel nothing 💔 I watch these every night to try and feel and I just can’t!

13 reasons why is a shit show that glorifies depression, romanticizes suicide, and completely fails at portraying mental illness. It's so gucked up

Since I was 9, I felt nothing. When my relative died, and I saw people screaming there, I didnt even cry. I was the only one who was emotionless. And people said I was too cold. I was afraid to feel because if I started feeling, i would feel too much. But I tried to feel which went on for 2 years. I was completely depressed during those years and on top of that,life got worse. Now I dony feel anything at all again. However, I feel like i wanna stop faking a smile but somehow I can't. I just dont wanna open up but dony wanna fake it either
