Watch the NC review here - • Mulan II - Nostalgia C...
Mulan II is a 2004 American direct-to-video Disney animated film directed by Darrell Rooney and Lynne Southerland and is a sequel to the 1998 animated film Mulan (originally released by theaters), featuring songs by Jeanine Tesori and Alexa Junge. Much of the cast from the first film returned, excluding Eddie Murphy (Mushu), Miriam Margolyes (The Matchmaker), James Hong (Chi-Fu), Chris Sanders (Little Brother), and Matthew Wilder (Ling's singing voice).

I honestly don’t care about the changes for the Live Action Mulan, It’s still the same story, you guys should understand that the whole point of Mulan isn't about the talking comedic dragon, it’s not about the love interest and it’s not even about the songs what so ever This whole story is about Mulan who is a female character who fights and kick ass for the right reasons, she does this to save her father's life, she does this so she brings honor to her family, she does this to prove herself that she can do anything This movie is supposed to be about her, it’s one of those films that leads her up to become hero and saves her country, so i get you guys want this version to be exactly like the original Disney version, it’s still is, but sometimes, when it comes to Remakes and adaptations, it has to have changes to make it stand out on it’s own, there’s no need to keep it the same as the other version, it’s kinda pointless if they do that

I know Disney remakes are notoriously bad, but I don't see how it could possibly be worse than this.

Doug's thoughts on Mulan II are basically the same as how I feel about Disney remaking Home Alone. Nearly. Word. For. Word.

You know, Doug, you kinda bring up a good point at the end: why not remake Disney sequels? Most of them are bad, so you can’t get worse from there, right? Insert Dark Phoenix poster
