That is how Korean language is. The language and culture have built-in expectations of "our", rather than just "mine" or "yours", or no ownership or no belongingness at all. It is always including OTHER people, especially amongst family members, close friends, colleagues, other Koreans, etc. That is something I adore about Korean culture. Everthing is centered around uplifting others. Koreans constantly use words like "we" and "us", more than "I" and "me". That is also why Koreans feel like westerners are cold, mean, and soooo selfish, sooooo rude, and soooo inconsiderate of others.

Omg its so cute that he asked if he could mix the vegan one with his own chopsticks. I think he said that cause he ate the non vegan one with the chopsticks and he didnt want to "contaminate" the vegan one. He is so considerate and cute gahhh.

APPA and Jenn do the same thing when they eat: wide eyes and a whole lot of "MMMMMM" if its approved.

I feel the same way, this kind of relationship warms my heart but it's always bittersweet because my relationship with my dad isn't that great lol.

in my language (tamil) we also say "appa" for dad! my appa passed away from cancer in jan 2018, but you're appa reminds me soo much of mine with the goofy animated personality and stuff! loved this video
